The two answer that are correct that we are looking for are General Motors which Tony changed Linda's 2nd answer and Ford which nobody picked. I was hoping for the concert question where $500,000 was at stake. Rich is going to regret it for changing from Grateful Dead to Elton John. They could've got the $500,000 if Rich did not change from Grateful Dead to Elton John. Too bad they lost the $500,000 because Elton John was a wrong answer - it was the Grateful Dead which Brian pick and had it right. Brian was not happy that Rich changed from Grateful Dead to Elton John. just like Michael the captain changed from Muzak to Birth Control Pills.

is the real reason greed got cancelled the obvious one? That they gave out way to much money? Rember they'd usually average 3 teams in one episode. And teams routinely hit 200k and 500k. Sure teams left with nothing to but again the average winnings were big (plus terminator which was chump change to them)

this episode finally answered a question we all thought we knew. It turns out that per the captians question. You COULD look and see what your teammates were doing to suggest if a) the answer is or isnt right b) if they should go for when when you had 3/4 answers right, or take the buy out For some reason the show always suggested that that was a no no and the only close refrence i ever saw to doing anything suggestive by teammates to suggest an answer was curtis and devilla when they got the 1 million dollar question right and im pretty sure it was chanced because of curtis's suggestive acts. In fact in 1 episode I was pretty sure they gave them explicit instructions because a contestant revealed he did know the right answer after the captian did not change it to the right answer and also rejected the buy out

Its terrible watching and then getting attached and not knowing what happens after. Im sure theres spoilers somewhere online but its just not the same. will ANY greed expert ever say what the rule was for: the terminator if neither person buzzed in, because neither person knew the answer. Im amazed I never saw that happen. For some reason people would say wrong answers from time to time instead of standing there

If Chuck asked a question and neither contestant buzzed in to answer the question then another question would be asked and actually this has happened throughout the show but it would be edited out for simplicity's sake and in the interest of not wasting time. For an example of this, watch the TV Greed episode. That episode's only Terminator match is when Melanie challenged Marra. You can tell another question had been asked beforehand due to the drastic change in music.

i think he was one of the best captians, extremly knowledgable. There was another captian that was similar personality but he didnt like the half a million dollar cateogry and said hes quitting and he was a no nonsense person. And he had a freebie left. Robby probably knows who im refering to.

I do wish that Greed had a little pity prize. Like if you lost at $200k question, whether it be at the terminator before the question or during the team question, each player gets $5k or you lost at $1 million question, each player gets $25k.

I think the reason they don't is because the airfare is covered. Most game shows with pity prizes, like Jeopardy with it's 2k or 1k reward for losers is there cause contestants make their own travel arrangemnts.
