About Burek the name Yufka is called when you knead the dough, but when you roll out the dough thinly its called "Kora"(the crust) or "Kore" in plural, the burek is usually made from 4 layers of Kora with fats or oil, and in between two of them theres a fill depending of from which is made...in old ways the crusts were mada around 300 grams but today in new ways they make it around 200 grams with filling around 200-300 grams whole "Tepsija"(casserole) of Burek is around 1000 and they usually cut the quarter of 1kilos (around 250 grams) piece...in oldways it was waged at wish how much you want in grams, now its simplified to be fresh and equal to everyone...

Awesome episode again guys. The baby pancakes look exactly like the Dutch poffertjies. Same pan and they also serve with icing sugar and butter. It's a winter sweet treats they serve at the Dutch markets in the Netherlands. They also serve them with chocolate syrup. You can sometimes get them at Dutch markets in NZ. Cambridge Dutch market has them. Very yum.

4:09 The sausage is soft from the outside, because it is produced without any casing. The sausage is called "Wollwurst" and gets its texture, due to directly blanching it, after production.

The pies are delicious, we'll definitely go back for another before leaving the Island and the price is great. Dona kebabs are OK, nothing to rave about and I feel shouldn't cost anymore then $16, that was a been there tried that, next, for us.

We just had the Poke and pineapple pie today and they aren't that great, if your easily please you might enjoy them. Muri night market is overpriced for what you get and you can get better deals elsewhere for food/smoothies. The dona kebabs from Falafel Shack are OK but nothing to rave about. The pie from Soul's Cafe is absolutely delicious and well worth the stop. Food at Antipodes is overpriced but the meals are good. Laguna Restaurant has fair pricing and the food is OK. Vili's Bugers are also delicious and we'll definitely go back. We're trying as many cafe/restaurants as we can while in Raro, so hopefully come across more gems. Thanks for the heads up on some of your suggestions.

Glad to see you enjoying the market food! That tuna looked amazing. Seared on the outside, raw on the inside is the perfect way to enjoy tuna. What was the coconut sauce made from? Coconut milk alone, or did it have citrus juice in it?
