  Gut health definitely plays a major role. If you have hair issues along with gas daily with frequent constipation and or diarrhea you gotta address your gut. I've personally started to address my by consuming fiber, short chain fatty acids, d3, and glycine daily. I also ingest a tsp of organic hexane free castor oil about 3 times a week. Lastly I heard a gastrointerologist on School 9f Greatness podcast say consuming at least 30 different plants per week goes a long way to bringing your gut to a healthy state. What he meant by 30 plants includes not only different vegetables and types but also different herbs you season your food with. For example: White pepper, red pepper, black pepper, 4 different types of lettuce in a salad, white peach, regular peach. That's already 9 different "plants". So when you pay attention to herbal seasoning variety, fruit, lettuce, and vegetable variety it's not hard to consume 30 different plants per week! Hope this helps someone 🙏🏿.

  Also eating watermelon and or pumpkin seeds on a regular basis for the zinc and other minerals needed for hair. Eat the watermelon seeds and juice the rind.

  Yall gotta start low dose , a bit less than 1ml per application to lessen the side effects, then go full 1 ml on your 3rd week since your body has adapted to it and your velus hairs by 3rd week would have been growing a bit, and if you lucky by a month youd have darken velus hairs on your face

  After looking at some of these guys who take that long to grow a beard I realize I take growing a beard for granted. I always grow and cutoff my beard. It takes me about 3 weeks and I have a full beard lol
