    Bruh not the missed water bucket 😭 Also, I thought it would be interesting if you went to a jungle temple with the ominous effect, it would open a brand new section of the temple with much harder traps, but the loot is much better, unlike getting a few pieces of bamboo and some gold.

    they wouldn’t do it but it would be nice to see mc’s older structures brought up to standards with newer ones in general, perhaps as separate variants the Trial Chamber would be a great framework for reworking the Stronghold for example because it’s basically an actual traditional video game dungeon minus puzzles

    Heres an idea. One of the few non-renewable mobs in Minecraft are the Elder Guardians. Perhaps as a part of the Ocean Monument's Ominous event three random Guardians are upgraded into Elders. This would make Sponge renewable and Mining Fatigue easier to get

    This theory really makes sense, however I think that from the theories I've seen I would say that the ancients worshiped death, in Minecraft Dungeons it is said that there was a nameless kingdom, its empire was vast and its King was a necromancer. It makes sense to think that they constructed this as a form of training for soldiers or a type of trial.

    For the deep dark keys I figured out a cool way. The keys would be just be hidden in the normal chests but to get them you have to successfully navigate the deep dark without getting heard. And once you get the key you have to find a way to the stone chest to unlock it which also makes a noise. In the end you would get some crazy loot

    @@The_DandalorianThe main reason I chose this was one it gives incentive to go to the ancient cities and loot the chests since right now they’re really not worth it and two it can make the warden experience more scary since it’s once thing to be hunted by the warden it’s another thing when you are being hunted and you actually have something of value on you

  • @rossini472

    I do agree that more structures could use these new features, but I have to disagree with the monster room idea. If you change these classic structures in this way, you risk removing mob spawner xp farms, which have been a big part of Minecraft's history regardless of whether people chose to create them or not.

  • @The_Dandalorian

    One omen event that I think would be great would be at the ancient city: The Dark Omen . Drink a ominous potion at the city center and the portal activates. A new boss would come through the portal and would give valuable loot when defeated. It won't be easy though so expect a challenge on par with the bedrock wither.The only question is what could be bigger and even more terrifying then the Warden that waits on the other side

  • @The_Dandalorian
    @The_Dandalorian8 сағат бұрын

    That could be really cool, I think it should be a little more complicated than just drinking that bottle, but I think it should open the portal somehow.

  • @reubendaniel5691

    What do you think about TheGeekFactor's video about his idea for an End update? Personally, I like the idea of keeping the having this barren and neutral vibe compare to the lush & passive Overworld or the dreaded & hostile Nether.

  • @The_Dandalorian

    Thank you for commenting! If there was any lush biome added to the End, I would make it a sort of oasis biome that is found rarely across the vast cold, barren, and dry end islands since cold deserts do exist.

  • @donutstudios6353

    I've been working on the end update mod and it keeps it barren the way I'm updating the end is by implementing underground/archaeology features in the end. "Free the End" implies some sort of lush life used to exist so pretty much the end is barren and dangerous to traverse with old ancient dead looking things and you can use things like brushes and sniffers to uncover ancient saplings and stuff

    Goety - The Dark Arts mod allows all golems in Dungeons (except the Tempest Golem) to be allies. All golems have different summoning methods, and the redstone golem is almost identical to the one in the Dungeons novel, with a large amount of redstone in a diamond and stone brick mold, and an “animated core” (like a hollowed out pumpkin) instead of the magic of the Orb of Domination. I like your theory! But I have a bit of an expanaion on it: Trial Chambers have a lot of similarities with Gale Sanctum from Howling Peaks DLC. Both structures have wind magic, have the same "two spirals" imagery, both use tuff, and both are to give a challenge to anyone who enters(the Sanctum has an extra mission called "Gauntlet of Gales", where the main objective is to "pass the tests"). However, the Sanctum has some extra things that show the authors of the structure - there is a lot of illager imagery: statues, reliefs etc. Considering that illagers are the ones who love fights and hate weak ones(as proven by Dungeons prequel novel), it is logical to assume that the ancestors of illagers built the Chambers as well. Especially, with the fact the most frequent weapons you can find in vaults are axes and crossbows, the weapons of Vindicators and Pillagers. But, the illagers didn't build these structures on their own - the Sanctums partially have asian architecture similar to the one of the End, and among reliefs there is eye imagery, another clear sign of the End. And Squall Golems have purple eyes and hands resembling the ones of an Endersent. Trial Chambers also have small amount of End influence - trial spawner's summon sound has clear Ender teleport 'whoop' in it, and certain chests contain Ender pearls. So, it's likely that the ancestors of illagers were in truce with End for some time. TLDR: Trial Chambers are built by the ancestors of illagers with the help of End citizens, as proven by certain details found in Minecraft Dungeons

  • @The_Dandalorian
    @The_Dandalorian14 күн бұрын

    I think that a great theory, I personally think that the illagers might have moved into the gale sanctum, after it was already built, and helped with the upkeep. I think there is probably a connection between the trial chamber and gale sanctum, too.

    "1.12 was bad because it was just a building update" bro... minecraft is a building game... edit: also, the reason fireflies were not added was not because they are poisonous to frogs. it's because they were way too finnicky to develop and interact with, and when they found out about the frog thing it kind of lost the whole thing that made it worth the effort. and if fireflies were added into the game, the reaction would probably be just as negative. don't believe me? the glow squid was added under a year ago, to complete ridicule. unlike the glow squid, which at least had glow ink sacs, fireflies had lost their one and only mechanical feature. they were fully and completely cosmetic. i, for one, would love to have them be fully cosmetic, but the minecraft community is full of folks who, say, put cosmetic updates as one of their favorite updates on a tier list because they're "just" cosmetic. you can't hate stuff for being cosmetic and then be upset they don't add cosmetic stuff.

    We learn in Minecraft Legends that mobs were supposed to aid the Iron Golems in protecting Villagers, given to them by the three gods of Minecraft, Action, Knowledge, and Foresight. so it's likely that the spawners were created by the Ancients back during a time when mobs were still an allied force, rather than a hostile faction.
