Gob bless your parents, family and yourself. We need more people like you. Queens is a wonderful place. What ended up happening with this? What are your thoughts on the making of the old rail yerd like the high line? I like that idea. I heard some wanted a light rail which I also like, perhaps if both could be done but if I had to pick one I like the park idea. Perhaps a tram or trolley would work too? But looks like it’s going to be just the park. It’s not the fastest but perhaps another ferry stop works to lessen traffic. There’s so many wonderful things that can be done with the rockaway area for families and people in general as far as fun and entertainment along with practical usage. A small amusement park would be nice.

There should have been 5 times more dancers. But how could you possibly know so many people would turn out for an esoteric dance event? I'd love to see this restaged on Coney Island and around the world, on beaches.

And the bungalows were next to the lots (551) I think I moved to Far Rock in 1981. My parents were Dorothy and Buddy. What years did you live there? Far Rockaway has changed so much!! It was so cool to see the 30-foot girders being driven into the sand by the big construction machine that looks like a crane.
