  Although only for a brief moment, Yoko Kurama was the strongest in the tournament. He reverted to A-class level at that point he just lost time, I mean he freakin tank Karasu's explosion.

  I'd take this more on a gauge of just raw power. While Kurama is strong is his own right, what makes him dangerous is his intelligence and being a technician in battle. If we're talking about most lethal? Definitely Hiei and Kurama.

  @@Hgfdbexg no that means you are wrong Garp wasn't never confirmed being the strongest at marineford, there isn't any mention about it Shanks is almost featless and hasn't any mention about him becomed stronger Mihawk is even more featless (almost) was a literally shichibukai which clashed aganist vista and crocodile, the only possible point about him being a top tier is his own title of "strongest swordsman in the world" and you still put him under Shanks Each one of the admirals was stronger of old and sick whitebeard, and garp just recently showed to be at least comparable with a probably not focused /not prime kuzan So at least should be like garp - akainu - aokiji

  Aramaki is still stronger than law,zoro,yamato.Yamato>=zoro because both possess advanced conquerors haki but yamato has the mythical zoan devil fruit so he is still better.

  Killer and Law placement is whack. Killer should be at least above Jinbei and Law should be only above Kid and Marco. Sanji also arguably above King. Momonosuke above Jack is disrespect. Jack beats the bum who is afraid to fly and has difficulty using blast breath.
