Played my first Rat game on five player (yes we call it rat). I somehow won, but if you snowball everyone just stomps you and it’s hard to comeback. When your warlord dies that’s when lavish is good because you can immediately come back strong
Hi everyone... 🫂 I bought Root base game but unfortunately there are not expansions in our country.I found hardly only Marauder Expansion.And very expensive.So my question is: Dear friends ,is it worth to buy Marauder for especially 2 players? I must know before.Because it is very expensive.And I'll not be able to buy anything else for Root.No exiles and Partisans deck and no other expansions.Only Marauder can buy.(if you recommend of course).Is it worth?Or base game is enough.And will not be great change..? Question: does The Marauder Hirelings And Hirelings Box come with the Riverfolk Hirelings pack and Underworld Hirelings pack?
How about the twisted ambitions characters?
Another tip I would add is to always keep one copy of "sorcerous power".. This way if your opponent fates you after playing the lamp at the cave of wonders with Abu or Aladin stealing your lamp, you can always use this card to move them to the palace and then hypnotize or vanquish them to have the lamp in one turn where you want it instead of moving it every 2 turns.. if you have Genie already hypnotized then you might have also set your board for a one turn win with this combo..
Is this Game in your Opinion also playable if not everybody speaks English? Otherwise, is the Game language-neutral?

Its interesting that you like lizard cult to me... I find them contemptable. The ability to just burn down any building seems too powerful to me. That entire expansion i dislike, while i LOVE the corvid/dutchy expansion. I hope more of these come out. I really enjoy root at a whole. Have you ever done a 6 player game?
I do love how many times you say that you love a different faction. Is there any faction you hate or don't love?
I don’t hate any faction. The closest to not enjoying is Vagabond mostly because I’m find them too powerful and I would prefer to work with multiple pieces as opposed to 1 :) I do have a faction ranking actually that may interest you!
