    Hello, Austin, does anyone make the quick strut for the Fiero? Or is there a good reason that it cannot be made ahead of time? Looks like ALLOT of alignment issues need to be addressed that s particular to each strut. Thank you for taking the time to put these videos together! i inherited My son's 88 Formula Fiero. I want to fix it up restore it as best i can as a tribute to the one thing he truly loved.

  • @FieroAustin
    @FieroAustin2 күн бұрын

    Hey! I am afraid I don't think there are any pre-assembled struts made. If there were, it'd probably be $300 vs. $30. They are not too difficult to get right in my opinion; but I leave a true alignment up to a shop to do. You also have this video to go by. I hope that helps, good luck!

    A .880-.890mv on the air fuel ratio i find to be the best power range in tuning most gasoline internal combustion engine. Its best to run a Program Fuel Injection system with the ECU. No MAF, No O2 sensor, No EGR feedback to the ECU. The engine temperature must maintain a 170-180°F .

  • @FieroAustin
    @FieroAustin2 ай бұрын

    Are you talking about a lambda value of .880-.890 (~13.0 AFR gas equivalent)? That may be true but most people intended for this video are not using an external fuel injection system, so they would need feedback to understand whether the MAF is calibrated under boost. It could be done with looking at fuel trims but is difficult.
