ProCPR

ProCPR

ProCPR® was formed in 2002 by experts in the medical, training, IT and website design fields. This training was designed for experienced professionals who are familiar with CPR and seeking to refresh their knowledge and receive updates. After the successful launch of ProCPR.org, ProFirstAid.com and ProBloodborne.com, the company evolved into ProTrainings.com.

ProCPR® is meticulous about teaching the latest guidelines for CPR and Basic First Aid and is passionate about seeking new and innovative ways to teach and present these guidelines. In that pursuit, ProCPR® developed a network of skill evaluators and launched blendedcpr.com, which would allow any person learning or refreshing their CPR to receive hands-on training and testing while still reaping the educational benefits of multi-media learning. ProTrainings.com has certified more than 2.5 million students and supplies training solutions for hundreds of companies.

You have to know that the title of this video is whack lmao it should be "what to do for a conscious child that is choking" this makes it sound like you're giving a tutorial on HOW to choke a conscious child 😂

You should start CPR if the patient has less than 2 breaths under the assesment period(the period is 10 secs). The source used is the hungarian red cross's guide so the guidelines might differ in your place but I highly doubt it

Yeah as a dude you cant still get sued by women for this. One chick sued a guy for saving her life after she was drowning. I don’t know what option you have if it’s a woman and you’re a guy. There’s always a solid chance they’ll accuse you of assault and ruin your life and label you forever with that. Even if you win in court which is unlikely that charge can hang over you.

like the vids. short and to the point. the high pitched "heart beat" noise at the beginning is a little alarming. this was 13 years ago. is it still 30/2 breaths for adult, child and infant, in out the the hospital settings?

  • @PeteHob

I understand this video was produced for the edification of medical professionals. I just hope that when you are speaking to patients who you are going to administer this drug to you, the effects in the same way. Obviously you don’t want to overly alarm patients, but I would be extremely irate if I was given this drug and it wasn’t pointed out to me how horrific I was going to feel. I know your first daughter is going to be well. The half-life is only 10 seconds, count to 10 slowly and tell me that’s a short time to feel, so horrific.
