What the HEY...the problem with those european tests isn't IQ versus EQ, it's this...THEY DON'T mean SQUAT and are a waste of TIME!!! These types of testing were solely developed by europeans to inflate the european ego...keeping intact the status quo for validating their exclusionary practices...which are exercised by them within their rigged up societal structure...through which they inflict their 'european cultural control' upon the world's population ad nauseam!!!

In short. Create a artificial demand in potential customers to get their hard earned money. Capitalism at its best. Buy stuff you don't need, with money you don't have, to impress people you do not even like...
This is such a BS, holds no ground and zero applicability in the real world. No scientific evidence that backs it's efficiency. Might be a strategy for Lenny's lemonade stand at best!

Deep work is the ability to focus without distraction on a cognitively demanding task. It is becoming increasingly valuable in a world where attention is constantly divided by technology and other distractions. Shallow work is the opposite of deep work. It is characterized by low cognitive demands, frequent interruptions, and a lack of focus. Shallow work is often seen as a necessary evil, but it can be counterproductive if it takes up too much of our time. The ability to do deep work is a skill that can be learned and improved with practice. There are a number of techniques that can help us to focus and avoid distractions, such as: Scheduling time for deep work in advance. Finding a quiet place to work where we will not be interrupted. Turning off our phones and other distractions. Taking breaks to clear our minds and come back to our work refreshed. The video also briefly mentions the importance of deep work for our personal and professional success. Deep work can help us to: Learn new skills and knowledge more effectively. Be more creative and innovative. Produce higher-quality work. Be more productive and efficient. Overall, the video provides a concise overview of the importance of deep work in today's world. It is a valuable resource for anyone who wants to learn how to focus and achieve their goals. Here are some additional key takeaways that are not explicitly mentioned in the video transcript: Deep work is not always easy, but it is worth the effort. It can be challenging to resist distractions and focus on a single task for an extended period of time. However, the benefits of deep work are significant, and they can make a real difference in our lives. Deep work is not just for work. It can also be applied to our personal lives, such as when we are learning a new skill, pursuing a hobby, or simply relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Deep work is a skill that can be improved with practice. The more we practice deep work, the better we will become at it.
