You need to do a glute training video.

I never train glutes...they grow just from looking at weights 😂

  • @stefanianev5138

No but seriously because of my structure I get a lot of glute stimulation from squats, lunges, RDLs etc. But some people need to do more targeted glute training if they are more quad dominant.

Been training for 20years. Heading back into the gym after a year out due to an injury. I'm excited to add this Poliquin Raise to my workout. I love discovering new lifts and variations on lifts. . . .there's always something to new to learn.

Any food recommendations for people tryna lose weight?

Ultimately controlling your portion sizes is more important than the foods you eat. Any diet can work provided you reduce your caloric intake.

That's good, especially because you don't have to worry about stabilizing your body since you're lying on the bench providing more stability and putting more emphasis on the targeted muscle group only

Thanks for the video I started doing compound movements but I wanted an exercise that worked the biceps, and brachialis at the same time and now I've found it other hammer curl variations recruit 1 over the other but as you said there's studies that show that the incline variation has better brachialis recruitment but studies also show better biceps long head recruitment with this variation because of the better stretch and of course the short heard gets a little work too I'll combine this with rows, and farmers walks with dumbbells in my split to really get a good workout thanks 😎👍
