Your templates are insanely simple! And I love them because they are colorful and still make sense! I got my project management certificate in 201. I didn't pay for this education, it was through a special program for families with low incomes otherwise I wouldn't have even done it. This certificate was just an addition to my Associate of the Arts Fashion Design degree (2012) and later on my BFA in Fashion Design and Marketing (2020). I see projects all the time in my head and I wonder if I need to revisit Project Management all the time. So I typed in Project Management simplified to see how I can add it (because I've been designing dance garments lately) and you just helped clear the clouds a lot. I understood it when I was taking it but based on the way you said it, I can totally see how I can incorporate this into Fashion Design and my services for what I'm about to do.

Deniz, you are absolutely correct. You hit the nail on the head. It is not HOW MUCH. You know, it is how you want to present so you don’t scare the hiring manager, and make him feel insecure! I have seen it over, and over and over and over again! Soooo many talk about what you need to say and act, but they ignore the main point, which DO NOT MAKE THE HIRING MANAGER FEARING FOR HIS JOB. There is a saying in the US: do not appear smarter than your boss! Great video!

I received a call from a recruiter for a cybersecurity position with a company I dreamed of working for. It was really easy and lasted about five minutes and I was booked for the hiring interview. I polished up on all my cyber skills (recently acquired skills) and thought I was as prepared as I could be. Not one single technology or cyber question at all. It was purely situational and behavioral. I was not prepared at all for that. I did get the job, but I was caught way off guard. This video would have been great arsenal!

So you have a complaint , they then say go to human resources. Human resources will not do anything . Infact that person is there to hire in and they do nothing. They are there to collect the information Once they get the info they pass it to the one that is controlling the group efforts. Then they switch it the oppsite beczuse they know you caught on. The management team get a bonus for doing this. And I went out side the store. Ummmm now they have toblet you go. Building a case to work against you. The public knows they company is gross.
