I drink 3-5 cups of coffee a day and every couple weeks I take 3 days or more off caffeine, if not a week. I sleep so much during those 3 days. The withdrawal is definitely there, but for me it's just sleepiness, nothing too uncomfortable

You no need to use an entire box of that. Just a spoon is ok. If you show people like that. 1 box in 2 liter of water of course it will turn in a dense thing you can not swallow so don’t scare people with your explanation

I gave my small dog an eye dropper of psyllium husk while it was in jelly form, and watching this video, I know it was not enough water. For those that have been in this situation, did anything help?

Caffeine is a nasty drug with regards to its effects on mental health, especially with chronic use.

Remember, check who grew and marketed your Psyllium Husk, if it's a "you-know-who" company, it most assuredly delivers LEAD. Why add LEAD? That would be like asking why Johnson & Johnson started putting Asbestos into Baby Powder. That would be like asking why DuPont & 3M unleashed Endocrine Disruptors Forever Chemicals PFOAS, etc. Each of the "you-know-who" companies absolutely itends to destoy your health.

People who take Benadryl (even if not abusing it) need to be aware that regular use of the drug has been linked to an increased risk of dementia.

I used to trip on this shit. I took it in the pill form. I OD'd and ended up waking up on an IV and confused. Haven't touched anything containing dxm since. Shits not worth it.

To be more clear: my body HATES cough syrup now. If I take dxm and can hold it down, it doesn't feel the same. I broke my receptors and I guess I'm the only one that can feel or recognize it. I'll be clear and say I used it daily for months till I OD'd. Now I'm fine, I guess. Working like a normal person. I do stare off into space a lot, I guess. Idk. Just don't be like me.

I chugged Robitussin as a teen in 2004. Yes we got high, but it was awful. I felt so sick. Like memorably awful to the point that I still talk about how horrible I felt. 0/10 would not recommend. At that age I wasnt concerned about my liver or the dangers. How stupid. I never did it again.

I’m taking medical courses right now for the first time in my life. This video makes things crystal clear to me and based off some inherited risks for heart attack I’ll probably no longer be intaking caffeine. I’ve also quit smoking so my lungs aren’t covered in tar and can function correctly.

I’ve been drinking caffeine drinks and pre-workout for 17 years now, I usually aim for 200mg to max 400mg in any given day. I can go like 3 months before I get too run down and need at-least a 3 day break usually because I get sick because I’m so worn out at that stage. I can give it up straight away and I do get the withdrawal symptoms for first 3 days at least which for me is Tiredness (probably built up) speech is mumbo jumbo and I feel so mellow that a meteor could crash and I’d be like meh 🤷🏽‍♂️. I find caffeine makes life so fast paced and everyday I’m buzzing talking 200mph 😂……I know I probably wreck people’s heads but seeing your video and reading comments about clarity and peacefulness sounds interesting….im going to start today without caffeine 😅 maybe I might ascend with this abstinence 😂

Don't let coffee ruin your life. Be brave to get rid of it. Scientists researched this deep enough to let big corps take use of this drug to make us addicted to it for years... draining health & money we spend on it.

I used to drink a lot of caffeinated beverages, including a pot of coffee a day. I would get headaches and crankiness as withdrawal. I then cut back to four cups of coffee a day but now down to two. If I miss a day I get a niggly headache but nothing that I can't deal with.

Yeeep exactly that took 1 and a half years of good sleep from me when I started eating vegetarian. In the beginning it wasn't as bad but after a few years I started sleeping worse and worse until I couldn't sleep almost every night. Recently I started eating meat again and low and behold I could sleep again. Now that I know what caused my insomnia I will probably supplement B12 and drop meat again.

Dude, I just wanted to say how amazing you are. You start off from humble beginnings. Somehow educated yourself and became a toxicologist working in and ER. Produce some of the most entertaining and helpful content on youtube. I think you may have even helped me inadvertently with finding something to help me with my brachycardia. I took one dose of B1 last night around 10pm and so far as of 0600hrs haven't noticed any drops as lower as they were between 46-51 for my low. It's averaging in the 80's now. Still have a bit of an arythmia as noted by Paramedics when they came out to see me about 5 days ago when my blood sugars got dangerously low 54 on my meter 34 on theirs. I wanted to ask do you have any videos abotu diabetics and dangers of too high or too low blood sugar and what happens to people when their blood sugars are too high for too long or too low for too long and the damage this causes?

First of all you are too young and are very lost about these things, cough syrup with Codiene was a very cheap buzz okay folks then did not have pockets full of credit and cash everywhere 2-3 guys could chip in and get high for 2 bucks this is why is very popular Benlyn was very popular way before Robotussin was ever born the other wasTussinex both with Codeine the second lots of it and not One Person OD'd and died or lost their minds like is common presently..

The tablets I take for mucus rarely has Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 60mg extended release and the single dose is enough to make me feel euphoric. I don't take it to feel high but it is a side effect. I do also get tipsy very quickly on alcohol. I wonder if my sensitivities in general are very high.
