I’m quite partial to the animal Crossing series myself. although the community hype has died down since it’s been a couple years since the release date new leaf on the 3DS is awesome, new horizons is a good starting point for anyone that’s on the switch, but yeah, I’m a huge fan of animal crossing.

I tried to get ruan mei since the beginning of the patch. Lost my 5050 yesterday to gepard on 78 pity.... Today i logged on, claimed my free pulls and jokingly pulled on firefly since a friend said she had boosted droprates cause fan favourite character lol And then i get her at 5 pity hahahHAHHAAHAHA I was so content on skipping her for RM cause i already got boothill and need ruan mei badly for him but now i have both break dps with no RM and i want to cry.... At least i can cope with asta when i build her....

I built Gallagher on release bcuz I liked his break -me daddy- playstyle, but I was starting to regret it bcuz back then he wasn't really better than the other 4* healers like Lynx (which I already had built). I'm glad to see he aged like a fine wine, and is now the first 4* to ever BREAK IT (heh) into T0 territory.

I dunno I have FF e1 meta team but there's quite a number of enemies that lock weakness and really really screw up BE teams A surprise Gepard with his shield in SU omfgggggggggggggggggggg

Huohuo is a great sustain and I think people don’t really realize it. She can cleanse the whole team quickly, allowing you to pretty much ignore all debuffs and heals multiple allies. Not to mention the Energy and Atk buff from the ult + healing everyone up to half health whenever a character takes action or uses an ult (if her skill is up)

E6 Harmony TB is broken, especially with Gallagher and Firefly. My Firefly gets up to 410% break damage.

I actually regret getting Fu Xuan the more I think about it. I even use Luocha more, maybe because my Fu is F2P but she feels like I need my carries to be perfect and hyper invested, when in actuality most of my characters are just above average with casual investment. So I can’t take advantage of her frontloaded safety (don’t have her LC).

I lost 50/50 in ruan mei banner so now I run: firefly + hmc + robin + gallagher It still slaps so hard 😭 I hit like 300-500k per skill and I get to go 3-4 times per firefly ult

throwing this out there for the non ruan mei firefly havers but seriously dont sleep on using welt for a replacement if your missing her (into imaginary weak). He has some small damage amping with sweat cone plus vulnerability and some solid toughness damage but the big benefit of welt is the slow and action delay to give you more time to attack broken enemies, which is a big part of why ruan mei is so good for her.

I don't understand why they call it "Tier List (Memory of Chaos)" when it's actually just a power based tier list since they don't consider the Turbulence or enemy weaknesses. If these factors were considered, especially for this current MOC, we would see very interesting things like characters who have passed numerous patches in T3 moving up to T1.5/T1. Personally, I would find it much more enjoyable to discuss the current MOC rather than MOC in a vacuum. Imagine using Blade in this MOC xD

Got extremely lucky when going for E1 Firefly because of how tempting that "does not consume skill points in enhanced state" passive is and got a double of her. She is INSANELY fun at E2 and I'm happy I went for it, but E0 is very SP-unfriendly and I don't blame anyone if they don't feel it's worth it if they already have strong teams established. It would probably be easier if her best support units didn't require SP too.

HSR keeps making old characters irrelevant at a staggering pace. Some of the worst power creep I have seen in a game in many years. Kafka is the only character that will be impossible to surpass in DoT teams because of how she works (if they manage to make her irrelevant, just uninstall the game). Also, if Sparkle and Fu Xuan get surpassed in their roles the game will be completely broken at that point, so I don't think it will ever happen (Aventurine is not better than Fu Xuan). Everyone else will probably be buried at some point by newer characters in the next couple of years. edit: One change I would definitely make here, is put Kafka to T0 in the specialists, you will never get a better DoT character than her, and with any strong DoT that will be released in the future, she will become even better.

I absolutely agree with firefly being T0. As for the Acheron vs Firefly argument, In my experience, Acheron DOES have slightly more damage, especially if she’s able to hit more than 3 targets, and is a bit more versatile because she’s not useless if the enemy locks their toughness, however I think overall considering everything that Firefly is better, reason being she’s much easier to build off the bat due to only needing break effect and spd, compared to needing good crit relics on Acheron, her best support HTB is given to everyone, her 2nd best support is something a lot of people already have and even more people are getting since RM is in the highest pull value of any unit in the game argument, and firefly has a fall of an aeon as a phenomenal f2p option for LC that Acheron just doesn’t have since Acheron needs her signature LC or silver wolfs. She has very similar damage output to Acheron, but is so much easier to build and her team is also significantly more f2p friendly than the best Acheron teams. I absolutely think that doing maybe only 5-10% less damage and having a sometimes annoying weakness to enemies locking their toughness is a completely fine trade off for how much easier firefly is to build not only individually but for her team as well, so I actually think Firefly is better overall and more value right now.

Also, as a boothill main and very biased towards him as he’s my favorite character in the game, I don’t think he should be Tier 0. The reason why is his lack of AOE before E6, which is obviously unrealistic for the vast majority of players. In single target situations? Yeah, absolutely tier 0, and he’s definitely stronger than both Acheron and firefly with the break team against a single target. But imo tier 0 should be reserved for characters that are always top 2 or better in their respective fields regardless of MOC buffs, blessings, and to a certain extend any team comp as well although that more applies to supports than DPS. Aventurine? Absolutely bonkers in the IPC team, but even outside of it he is undeniably the best sustainer in the game. Acheron and Firefly? With their BiS teams you can brute force every MoC, every pure fiction, and other content without caring about blessings. RM is the best break support, but even outside of break teams she’s still #1 or #2. Boothill can do all of that in single target, but aoe is a big part of this game, there’s an entire endgame mode abt aoe a la pure fiction, and there Boothill js just useless as a single target dps, hence he shouldn’t be tier 0.

13:15 Neither. I don't think we have a sustain that warrants tier 0 at the moment. T0.5 would be a little crowded with 4 people in it but I think it's correct. Aventurine doesn't really stand out enough to be up there on his own. There are many situations where the other three are straight up better than him. He is probably the most flexible option of them though.

im having a lot of fun with shin megami tensei v vengeance, would really love to try octopath traveller next also id prefer boothill over firefly because of how much more flexible it is to build a boothill team over a firefly team, though boothill is only pretty good in single target scenarios (moc), whereas firefly can dominate in both moc and pf

Effect Res is an underrated stat on Firefly that I don't see enough cc's talk about. My Firefly has less break effect than a lot of cc's I've seen, but in return her effect res means its very rare for her to be hit with an annoying stun or sleep effect. This is extra important for Firefly, who does NOT want to lose any turns, especially after using her ult.

Oh yes! That’s also a good point. I believe I’ve mentioned that before in one of my showcases or my guide, I forgot to mention it here. I’ve definitely gotten put to sleep by the newer enemy and it definitely sucks when Firefly loses a whole turn 😭

I dont seem to use my Fuxuan anymore with Adventurine on my Acheron team and Gallagher on my break team. My Jinglu and My Lunae have been benched as well for Acheron and FireFly respectively. power creep is real.

I was a recovering gacha addict, but I love mecha stuff, giant robots, small robots, power armor, all of it! And Firefly ticks a lot of those boxes. My friend was sharing with me videos about firefly, and I couldnt take it anymore. I decided to leave it all up to chance. I said I would make an account when firefly became available and exclusively pull for her as I played. If I pulled her, I would care about the game, but if the banner ended and I hadn't pulled her, then I would drop the game. I pulled her 4 hours after starting my game, lol. Now I am scrambling to learn the game, and getting immersed in the gameplay and lore.

I think Boothill might end up the superior of the current break effect characters we have because he can exist without Harmony MC. I wonder if in the future another character would come along and want her just as much and make players choose between them if they love break effect. Also killing bosses will always be in demand and if you want something dead in a second boothills your man!
