Let me know your favorite four star in Star Rail :D! My current ones are Tingyun, Sushang, and Guinaifen!

My favourite four stars in Star Rail are Gallagher(VERY HUGE FAVOURITE, ALWAYS USE!!), Pela, Sampo, Serval, and Herta. My least favourite would be Sushang and Alan cuz I never really like their play style much and maybe Yukong cuz I feel like she's really underwhelming, especially with her buff only applies to the 2 next ally actions. Why couldn't it just be all allies for 1 turn?! And the characters that I've never used are Hook and Misha cuz they're both at lvl 1 and ive been using my level up on my most used characters And also, so far, I have every four stars except Guinaifen and Tingyun. So, dont know hot to judge them yet

Qinque is definitely my favourite as 4 star character. As for her team: Silverwolf, Fu Xuan and Sparkle as they synergies so wel with QQ they make her not only super fun to play but give her godlike damage aswell!

Ill have to say Xueyi and herta are the top picks with the new meta and helping with endgame content being top picks. That Xueyi run in MOC backs it up so well.

If anyone is gonna take anything from this video. 4:25. Xueyi and the relics you farm for her will have so much universal value. (this includes the harmony TB as well as Gallager/Ruan Mei/many other characters I probably forgot to list.) Lastly. Moon won a tournament with their duo being Xueyi. So ya. I am sure if Moon reads this they will gladly attest to how nuts a good Xueyi can be

My first favorite 4 star used to be Hook because of the big "Explosion!" animation. lol Now my 2nd favorite is Xueyi.

as a jingyuan and acheron main whose first main was serval (she's lvl 50) before getting jinyuan in 1.0, I should build her before getting kafka on a rerun - yes, I love lightning characters! awesome vid, btwy :D

Basically. I'm more surprised to not see Silverwolf being recommended for every character, as most other hsr videos highlight her weakness implanting and defense shred as universally appealing.

Keep it coming with the sly PMD agenda!! I recently just replayed explorers of sky and it honestly amazes me just how great those games were.

Qq really helped me get through some tough bosses before pulling better relics and 5*s but now as I'm building other teams that arent hypercarry(with acheron being the exception), tingyun and xueyi are top of the list for leveling up to try the super break

Arlan main here: You can use fu xuan if you have her e2 or Sig Lightcone since it'll refresh his HP so he can keep whaling out

I use my Kafka dot team and the IPC team the most atm, looking forward to maybe building a break team

How much should team comp be considered when building a character? I like to build my characters in a vacuum hitting recommended stats the community seems to agree on. But with getting Robin fully built I focused on getting better crit rates for my follow up units as E0 Robin can give 45% crit damage to follow up attacks and it seems to be working well.

You should try the Shantae series! If not in chronological release order, the best starting point is Half Genie Hero.

Tingyun just shot up to the top in my favourite rankings. Her and robin are so good together that it pains me and robin energy to take them away from each other.

If you like Paper Mario, I would love to suggest Bug Fables. Similar combat styles, but they play just different enough to make it a truly unique experience.

My Prime team is Acheron, Pela, Welt and Aventurine. I'm undecided between the Follow-up team or the break team, but my Xueyi is highly built so I like using her with Harmony MC. Now I just need to figure out how not to get oneshot in lvl 2 Diff IV Swarm Disaster.

Paper Mario is SOOOO good, I’m playing through the remake right now and I’m about to go into Chapter 3, in Glitzville!

Qinque Aventurine gamba duo. I may try her once we get the free level up thing in patch 2.4 I have her E5 curious how she works.

I want to rebuild my Sushang. She carried me so hard throughout a lot of the game and early content.

My favorite 4 star is probably Quinaifen even though I haven't built her and as for game I recommend I always recommend BioShock it's an oldie but a goodie

Misha(E6) Has one of the best Full 4 Star teams I've ever seen. March 7th (Mov LC ), Misha(Herta Shop LC) Pela(Pearls), Tingyun( MeshCogs S5, MotP S5, DDDS5 or BP LC). This team abuses freeze. You should be able to freeze every 2 turns with Misha. If you have a speedy March 7th she should be able to Freeze every 2 turns too. I've personally dubbed this team Soft Serve. Tingyun and Pela really help him hit hard. This team fares well in Aoe and Single Target scenarios.

Xueyi is my favorite. She carried me for a while

I always tell new players that building Tingyun, Pela, and Asta is always a good idea since they're rather universal and helpful in both early and late game. Asta is probably the least helpful of the 3 long term but she's really nice to have when you do need the speed. As for the new characters I'm super looking forward to Boothill and Firefly. Firefly is my priority since I really need a fire DPS (I have no interest in building Hook) but I'm hoping to get Boothill because he looks fun to play.

I 100% agree! Tingyun, Pela and Asta are so nice for many teams since the buffs they give can help out a lot of characters. I like Asta for damage over time / fire teams, and any teams I want to speed up a bunch. Asta’s ultimate + dance dance dance is really good for being able to attack more in cycles :)

I think Asta is still great because if you like fire dps she will buff those. Plus, I think she's great for break coverage and is skill point friendly.

QQ is unironically my strongest character. Granted, I totally put effort into building her but it feels so weird using my Seele and going “QQ might do this faster.” I also love my Xueyi. Swarm Disaster wouldn’t have been possible for me without those two.

Here I was complaining about how I didn’t have 2 competent teams. Didn’t realise how many good ones I was able to make.😭

I take it you are on Belobog right now, so still early in the game. Gepard is a good strong Sustain. The fact his shields are dependent on his ult is slightly finicky, but those shields are strong. Good for Skill points too, you’ll want to use basic attack with him, and ult. Clara is a very strong counter attacker, but needs something extra to make sure she gets all the hits. Clashes a bit with Gepard, as he also wants to aggro the enemies to protect the others. If you have Lynx, she’s perfect for Clara. Serval is an overall good DPS lightning unit. Not as superstrong as the 5 stars, but her AOE and fast ult buildup makes her give a lot of damage. Asta, I haven’t played her much, but overall speaking, speed boosts are good. She kinda clashes with Clara though. Normally you’d want Clara to be slow (so her ult lasts longer), because Clara’s damage comes from her countering. If you make Clara faster through Asta’s speed boost, her ult expires faster. Maybe swap in another character for Clara? She needs a more dedicated team to really shine. Dan Heng as anither DPS seems good. Solid single target attacker. Substitute him when you get a better DPS though. (Ofcourse, play who you want to play, if you have a favorite, put him/her in! No character is absolutely necessary.)

@@TheDavieSeal Topaz is a good fit for Clara as she plays off Clara’s counter attacks (called Follow Up Attacks, FUA). Topaz is a FUA as well, and gets stronger with more FUA characters in the team. Lynx (a healer) can be gotten later on in the game, and pairs well with them. Right now I’m building a Clara team consisting of Clara, Topaz, (a character from further in the story), and Lynx. If Gepard’s shields are too unreliable, swap in Natasha for healing.

@@TheDavieSeal 51 pulls isn’t all that much, to be honest. Normally you get a 5 star after about 90 pulls (if you’re lucky, it’s a little sooner). If it isn’t the featured 5 star, the next 5 star is guaranteed the featured one. But that also means it could take 180 (2 x 90) pulls if you are very unlucky. Unless you get lucky (some people have gotten their 5 star in the first 10 pull!), you likely won’t get her. But! Fu Xuan is an amazing 5 star sustain. One of the best actually. I would immediately choose her over Boothill. It cannot hurt to try. But that’s up to you.

Ruan mei buff doesn't give Xueyi more karma stacks tho, she gains less with ruan mei. To get the karma stacks you have to reduce enemy toughness meter, but once they're broken you can't do that anymore. Also, why didn't you recommend using luocha with qq? I thought he'd be good since he doesn't really need skill points. Is there a reason not to?

You get the stacks faster, since you are reducing the toughness meter more. Once the meter is broken, you can't get the stacks, but that doesn't exclude that you get more stacks with the additional weakness breaking efficiency. In a sense, its a double-edged sword. For sustains, I mentioned having ones that help with SP. Luocha can count as that, which is why I put "+more" in the popup.

Ruan Mei's buffs include a party-wide 50% increase to enemy toughness reduction which does increase the amount of Karma stacks for Xueyi herself especially when she Ults. The thing with Xueyi is that her kit has anti-synergy with itself and her element. You want to build her with BE so it can be converted into damage but Quantum Break delays enemies recovery with more BE meaning even without Ruan Mei, Xueyi can't get more stacks (plus her Ult loses a ton of damage). HMC helps fixes Xueyi's damage issue with the Super Break mechanic tho. Loucha is fine with QQ, I've never had an issue using him with her.

@@forceedge2005 Yeah, I feel like when it comes to playing Xueyi it’s definitely about knowing when to use skill/Ult and focusing on how much toughness breaking to do throughout the fight on multiple enemies to try to get the most benefit out of her ultimate damage, and of course stack as much karma as possible.

@@Moonnverse I kinda wished that they changed her E2 since I noticed that it actually takes away potential Karma stacks from Xueyi. Her FUA doesn't give her Karma stacks and the E2 makes it ignore weakness type, so she loses potential damage from her Ult and therefor Karma stacks. I feel like her E2 should've allowed Xueyi to gain karma stacks against weakness broken enemies (even if it would be just one stack). That or allow her FUA to gain karma stacks as well.

@@forceedge2005That’s why super break is so good on Xue Yi. It artificially extends her dmg uptime.

For 4 stars QQ and Guinaifen are so fun to use. And now with HMC I lowkey wanna do full break with Sushang see how much cook I can do

How about we get goofy with March 7th and Aventurine, endless shields. Build her with ER and Crit, spam ult. Add follow-up characters and grab some popcorn 😂😂😂

id definitely recommend play the last of us part 1 and 2. i think they're great games and i love them
