  Mr Chhinzer we need people like you , Canada is Broken , I am a 69 year old grandma , I don't even have a parking ticket , I used to respect and believe in our Police /RCMP but since Trudeau Weaponized the Police against Canadians during the Convoy I am very sceptical of Law enforcement , they are no longer part of "Serve and Protect ", they are Trudeau's Goons.

  Thank you for publishing this! The latest changes by the ministry have really hampered our security renewals and many have become ineligible to work due to processing delays... It takes nearly 2 months now and that's IF all submissions are correct. Ridiculous But thank you for the link for the background check! Thank you for your efforts on this chennel too! Learning alot about different services. I'm also with the Arena! I appreciate everything this company does for our future officers! Stay safe!

  Thanks. Yes. It’s been quite challenging with the new process. Even those who try and renew 60 days prior are still facing challenges. The ministry needs to relook this process.

  I am so glad I found this channel lurking around.. I have an interview to be Auxiliary police in my city this week, and my main goal to become a cadet/4th class PC. Im currently in college with the police foundations and just being able to find videos of ride alongs and cops who share their daily's is difficult. I haven't even finished this video, but watched the how to win your interview and its so much information I am glad to obtain!

  He just described what he looks for in a recruit. You do know he's not responsible for every recruitment, right? It's amazing that his standards are so high and we should be commending men like him, especially if we want real change. The bottom line is we need more recruiters like him.

  Maybe next time they pull the horse over to the side of the highway and bring the K9 unit over. It does a search of the horse and alerts to drugs, so the cop has to go up in there to find that the horse is actually... ... a drug mule.
