  I lean back, I dont get my back foot high enough to catch it, I lean forward I land every. Single. Tre. With both feet on my nose. It flips perfect almost every time I can always get either front or back foot on bolts but never together unless i fucking sumo jump forwards, then I land too far forward on the board. Ive been trying these for months and only landed like 5 shitty ones Ive actually rolled away from. Im going insane

  IF YOUR FLICKS SUCK : Lean your body weight backwards before popping, because the force of the flick (since you are supposed to flick sideways) wants to move the entire board behind you. Think of this as a pop shuvit. If you scoop a pop shovit backside, it will end up in front of where you started once you land it, so if you flick a kickflip, the board will try to end up behind you when you land it. So jump you body a little bit backwards before popping. Also pop with your ankle like an ollie, it gives you better flick somehow.

  Element is the best.Surge is really bad,I do not recomend it.I can def say that primitive skateboards r best for beginners or even just overall nice.

  Yo Sean! Ive been trying to get this trick for 20 years. My regular Shuvs are a thing of beauty but my front shoves? Fuckkk. Following your steps I just landed 4 in a row after many attempts. The leaning back on your heels is what clicked for me finally. Thanks so much brother
