They are on Northern Vancouver Island. Although rare they are certainly here. I have personally witnessed them.

This is at Bute Inlet on the B.C. mainland - most of the tour groups leave from the city of Campbell River located on Vancouver Island.
Bute Inlet is on the mainland even if it is best accessed from North Island. I don't think she knew that.

Arizona is AMAZING! there is honestly so much that they offer there to explore and discover
@@miawgordon I can imagine, I have always heard lots of great things about the place. My mother in law had a condo there for years and like the other snowbirds she was there for 6 months every year missing all of the lousy wet winters here. However a couple of years ago when she turned 81 her travel insurance doubled and went up to $4,800 for 6 months. She ended up selling the place which is very unfortunate. My partner has been there several times and she loved it . I think winter is the time to go, because the summers we would melt lol
