The eastern conference finals will be all about special teams and what team does not take stupid penalties

I'm a Rangers' fan of 50 years and despite my love for them, I'm picking Florida to win it all. They are tougher and went to the dance last year. Bob hasn't been his usual self, so that's where I think Florida could be beat with Igor playing so well. I hope I'm wrong.

What the NHL wants is ratings, rangers vs oilers. What is most likely to happen rangers vs stars. What I'd like to see, panthers vs stars. Go Cats

I say Stars vs Rangers in the final. Though Oilers vs Stars in the West Finals is gonna be fire! I haven't seen a good series from them since 97 when I was 10 years old and how VICIOUS that was because this was before the Stars were in the Central and they were a Pacific division team meaning facing these boys alot and let me tell you what THEY DID NOT LIKE EACH OTHER A BIT!

Being a Rhode Islander, the Whalers are still beloved around here. RI is between MA and CT and you see a lot of whalers stuff around here still. The legacy carries on. Imma Bruins fan but still rock whalers merch

The only hockey game I’ve ever watched in it’s entirety was USA vs Canada in the 2010 Olympic finals, its was an amazing match. I don’t watch hockey but I remember the Whalers logo, it was a brilliant work of art that has stuck with me since my youth.

I'd like to replace Lithium with Breed for the Kraken. Much better energy, and cheerier than Dam That River. And the lyrics should be easier to work around than Lithium's.

Counting the Oil out already? There hasn’t been anupset this year yet. Besides the Oilers still have the best top-end talent in the league.

The Dallas Stars chant is annoying as a fan who’s been there as an away fan & gave up 6 goals to those guys. Bruins are #1 but I’m biased & have only seen games in Dallas & Boston

As a diehard Hurricanes fan, I will be forever grateful for the legacy Hartford bequeathed us, even though it was certainly not by their choice. I get as much of a rush when I put on “Brass Bonanza” as I do putting on “Rock You Like a Hurricane.” Personally, I wish “Brass Bonanza” was utilized more when the Hurricanes score goals. Having said all of this, I completely understand why few if any Hartford fans continued to support the team after they became the Hurricanes. If the Hurricanes were to ever move from NC, I would no longer support them as my supporting them is based in the fact that they represent my home state that I will always love and view as the best state in the US as long as I live, regardless of where I live. I don’t know if Hartford fans feel that way about their city or the state of Connecticut as a whole, but I would imagine they have a similar sense of the linkage between their home and the team representing it. Because of that, I sympathize with the desire to restore the Whalers to Connecticut in the way Winnipeg got the Jets name back. However, the Whalers intellectual properties are far too cool and valuable that I would ever want to lose those as a Hurricanes fan. Oh, and it was only after watching this that I realized the Hurricanes retained the same goal horn used in Hartford.

I thought Kariya won a cup in Colorado? Just reaffirms my point, you can still go down in history as a prolific player without winning a cup.

Kariya played 1 game for the Avalanche in the 2004 playoffs, but they were eliminated in the second round. But yes, plenty of the greatest to ever lace them up never raised the Cup. I mean, look at Bure, scoring around 60 goals several times in a low-scoring era.
