  GM committed suicide when they put a bean counter (ROGER SMITH) in as President and CEO. Rolling the individual brands into North American Operations, rebadging 1 uninspired tired design into 5 models via a trim change is what neutered a once proud company.

  The A12 Road Runner and Superbee did not come equipped with the 426 Street Hemi. It only came with the 440 6-barrel/6-Pack engines. I see so many errors on these videos.

  Chryslers 426 hemi actually made over 500 horses till chrysler detuned it for street use. Rumour had it that it could smash out closer to 600 if unleashed.

  AI speaker is awful ! All cars in the 1970's were neutered in HP and Pontiac suffered no less than Chevy or any manufacturer ! Sunbird was a rebadged Caviler. Fiero was a decent but underpowered car. Grand Am was a good selling car .LeMans was crap ! Sunfire was a rebadged Caviler/Cobalt. The Bonneville was a very good car. 3.8 V6 was strong and one of the best GM engines. Montana was a dull minivan. G6 was great ! Pontiac never looked to Chevy for vehicles. GM Corp did that. Pontiac should and could have survived nicely if GM had made them a sport/ performance brand only, and they had several cars at the end that were just that. GTO and Solstice were good cars to build on. Leave the compact and mini vans out !

  One of the worst things to happen in modern "SUVs" is that they ALL look like a softened Pontiac Aztecs! All the Hyundais, KIAs, Toyotas and all the rest have that shitty look. Even Lexus and other supposed high-end lines have a crappy boring SUV based off the Aztec. Don't believe me? Pull up most compact/midsize SUV pics and an Aztec pic. They all fall under that tree.
