I keep them natural and simple and always teach others to put their faith into mother nature and do the same. It also saves lots of $$$!!

Won't the floating plants block the light for the plants under them?

Will have to wait until next week to ship. To risky someone leave them in a mailing trailer over the holiday.

You can drill a bunch of small holes too. Copied that from Rachel O’Leary
But more holes to fill and if you have small fry you will want something to keep them from overflowing out. More small holes equal more work.
Definitely a great looking fish in good lighting. Might be time to slowly upgrade the shop lights.

I have seen that but would not paint anything I put with my fish especially those barbs.
Haha I snuck a full grown ropefish into the aquarium at work. It was in the conference room. My boss was having a meeting with some clients when "Hempy" decided to reveal his presence. My boss hates snakes. I hear "What the hell is in the fish tank!?" And I'm 💀🤣 Everyone knew who did it and it was hilarious. Best part was - her husband was there when I added him 😂 Here's the craziest part - I bought an empty aquarium at sort of a thrift store. There was just some rock in the bottom of the tank. There was a little water - but just enough to make the rocks wet. When I dumped it out - Hempy was alive and "well" inside those rocks!

If i was just going to transfer about 30-40 longfin danios to a tub with a bunch of plants, would you recomend the smaller or larger tub?

What is the name of the breeding cup?
They are from zebra danio cancer research facilities. Aquatic Habitats used to make them but can be really hard to find anymore.

Man I’d love to buy some of those from you. I been breeding green tiger barbs, tiger barbs and tried a couple other barb types but those mascara barb are beautiful. I’d love to get some

Really cool build. I'd love to make an outdoor pond with fish and newts. With high walls so they can't get out.

Yeah they can snack on that t and be fine for a couple days. I have left my fish room for a week and everything was good. Tanks even looked cleaner.

I got my money on LRB vs Joey. This is the old school Rocky Balboa training. Building ponds with shovels under this florida 90 plus degree weather. Getting stung by wasps and all the other crazy stuff under that sun and heat all day. Lucas Balboa!!!

Most the plants in the pond are local besides the pearlweed and Hudoroi crypt.

Hey Lucas have you had to deal with parasites recently? Just curious. Im here in Canada where parasite medication is reeeally hard to come by
I don’t really mess with meds anymore. Haven’t really had to with where I get my fish. But different parasites do take different meds.
@@LRBaquatics yep, I failed to quarantine and let some infected fish into my livebearer colonies. Kinda demoralizing but I gotta get on it. Dealing with some internal orangeish thin parasites. Not as bad as camallanus but this ones hard to get rid of. It also attaches to algae at times.
