20:20 This looks delicious! I'm glad you can live in the country. I believe everyone can slow down their lives even when living in the city. It's just a matter of getting clear in our priorities, decluttering our space and calendar, and ultimately enjoying what is really important. Thanks for the beautiful video.

I would love to move to Germany. Unfortunately, I didn't think about moving when I was younger. I didn't pick a career field that would allow me to find work easily.

Hello! I moved here as a student and taking up a course which is totally unrelated with my career. So it is another option if you plan to try Germany. I basically did a life reset here which btw, I also have a video about it. (shameless plug) Thanks for visiting my channel. 😊

But if you have worked in Germay, now you are in title of some income like Kindergeld, Elterngeld…depending of your past income 🤷🏻‍♀. Even if you didn’t work in Germany you are still in title of dose benefits depending of your joint income. With such a small baby, you must be on a Elternzeit, meaning you should have been becoming Kindergeld and Elterngeld.

This video didn't answer the why question. Why did you change what you had done in the past.? Did something happen? What is your origin country and how does Germany solve some of your difficulties? Are you lonely? How is your son faring in German schools and is he bilingual? Are you? Your spouse?

I just realized that one of the things I enjoy about dining out in Germany is that you can actually hear the clinking sound of cutlery and plates and the murmur of conversation...something that connects one to the actual sound of life going on around you....When dining in the US, music drowns out so much that it's almost impossible to hear each other talk, much less the sounds of the community surrounding you. (Or maybe it's just that Americans are just so loud in general).

I'm loving the quiet way you are capturing life in Germany. I've been to Germany many times to visit family there (My mother is German) and it absolutely these scenes, the "little things", about Germany that make me love it so - especially when you are out for a "spazieren" in Nature or in a city. Walking around and just enjoying and observing the environment is something that is strangely difficult to do in the US - at least where I live. And kudos to being a student!! My mottos are: "better late than never" and "it's never to late to begin something new".

Something which makes me truly happy and is very much fulfilling me. Also slowing me down, bringing me way more often in nature than I previously was. This time is the time to listen what your inner voice is telling you what's good for you. You live in a very beautiful and natural region - it does good for you and your family.
