Batch recording is absolutely the way forward. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Do you do it already? Your videos are informative. Well done. Xxx
Great message, great tips! I love the idea of batch recording, but I have to generate lots new ideas and/or scripts first. Any tips on how to do that part?
I make notes and save them on my phone, computer or write them down, that way I have lists to go to and I find the ideas come when I am. It thinking about what to record. instead of using a script you could use emoji’s or visuals and then talk around the subject rather than trying to focus and remember a script. You know what you do better than anyone else. Creating a script adds pressure to remember words, and the structure whereas visualisation allows the creativity to flow.
Informative content
Andy is incredible, thank you for watching it. Xxx
Kirsty, when talking using the diaphragm, are you talking on the exhale? 😎
Both when you breathe in and breathe out Vs. Raising your shoulders. You breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Place your hands on your diaphragm and focus on feeling your breath here instead of shallow chest breaths.
Fantastic to hear that from you, Steve. Keep up your great work!🙏🙏
Thank you so much for the support!

Completely agree with AI being a great tool to help plan and organise your ideas, but you must write it yourself!
Absolutely, you also have to consider how accurate the information is, life moves at an incredible pace. 🤩
Great podcast, I can imagine that cameraman situation would have needed some pretty swift decisions made on the fly!
Thanks so much for having me on the podcast. What a great host you are ! Loved every minute of it.
It was great fun, your energy is infectious and your life story is interesting and inspiring. Thank you for saying yes. Xxx
So you’re a Fellow Retail escape who worked in Beauty and Tech too, we may have worked with the same people.😁I still do the odd Extras job but no more traipsing the streets now, it’s sending photos and videos. Your advice is excellent. Oh and well done Ben. ☺️
Thank you, which stores did you work in? I do miss the excitement of the opportunity by packing a roller case with clothes and heading to London for s day of castings. At the same time I love my life now and I get to use all my skills. Ben did a cracking job as the host, thank you for gifting us your time. 💖
@@kirstyvandenbulk Big department stores like Beauty-Dickens and Jones, Barker of Kensington, Peter Jones, John Lewis, House of Fraser Victoria and City, Debenhams Tech Rumbelows, Dixons Carphone Warehouse Oxford St, Marylebone and Battersea and Streatham, Fashion- Stirling Cooper, Next, New Look Flagship Oxford St and Next, Debenhams and River Island. ☺️
I bet our paths crossed, I worked for quite a few agencies back in the day and worked in all the stores you mentioned. 💖
Here is the poem by Stephen Spender: My parents kept me from children who were rough Who threw words like stones and wore torn clothes Their thighs showed through rags they ran in the street And climbed cliffs and stripped by the country streams. I feared more than tigers their muscles like iron Their jerking hands and their knees tight on my arms I feared the salt coarse pointing of those boys Who copied my lisp behind me on the road. They were lithe they sprang out behind hedges Like dogs to bark at my world. They threw mud While I looked the other way, pretending to smile. I longed to forgive them but they never smiled.
What a remarkable podcast - such honesty and stength from Stuart. Brilliant and touching. Well done Kirsty on bringing out these incredible stories.
Thank you, I will pass your comments to Stuart. I love this episode for so many reasons and knowing it has touched you is amazing. Thank you for joining us. 💖💖💖
Thank you 😊
I thought it would help, there is way too much noise on social media and you do not want to end up lemming marketing. 💖💖💖
Hahaha 😂 love this.
Thank you, warm ups are the best and worst. Loving your skipping. 💖💖💖

Another great tip, we all need more fun in our life ✅👍
We really do, it is so easy to forget we used to love to play. Thank you for watching. xxx
If I’m not having fun when I make something online for myself I don’t do it. A crazy dance may occur (and a bit of singing too) but that’s because it’s true to my character.💃🏾😃
So you should, some people will not dance and that is okay as well. Having fun is the magic ingredient. Thank you for watching. 💖
Happy to Answer any Questions you may have
Brilliant, so much information in this episode it is priceless. 💖💖💖
Brilliant Kirsty - never really understood the proper way to hashtag. Now I do !!
Thanks Kirsty. You didn’t mention YT - same strategy?
I am so pleased this was helpful, I was explaining it last week to a client and realised I had not offered a video on this and it is something that can be very confusing.
Thank Sohel, wishing you the best of luck. Xxx
Check your Gmail inbox I have sent some important information about your KZread channel
Thank you for such an interesting interview highlighting the importance of end of life planning, for people of all ages! This is something I've been meaning to address for some time. I'll be in touch Liz Taylor.
Hi Harpreet, Liz also inspired me to do my LPA’s, she is amazing. Xxx
@@kirstyvandenbulk She certainly seems to know her stuff! Her services no doubt provide end of life peace of mind🙏 xxx
@@harpreetkaur9887 I just fed back you comments to her, for some reason the platform is not letting her comment. It is probably something I have done in settings. When I met Liz I was blown away by her knowledge. She calmly talked me through everything and now we have the LPA’s and a plan. Truly amazing and a lovely kind lady as well. I am so pleased this episode has helped you. That is the reason behind the series. I wanted to shine the light on real people. Xxx
@@kirstyvandenbulk An interesting and important interview. Thank you Kirsty! xxx
Love the two of you!!!
Thank you Joy, this was a great episode full of powerful insights and dodgy signal which added a huge amount of honesty. Xxx
😂😂 sweating gracefully lol
You looked amazing and your story is so inspiring. You are a beautiful lady. Xxx
Liz, I'm so grateful to know you and very proud of you in this interview. You convey such a powerful and meaningful message. I definitely plan to get my own Power of Attorneys organized now, for me andmy husbandactually! The fact that my parents organized theirs 20 years ago, has made a world of difference to me. My Dad died in 2014 but Mum is in a nursing home suffering with dementia, and I am having to make decisions for her finances and health and welfare. It means authorities will listen to me because her wishes are there in black and white. End of life planning is so important! Thanks Liz!
Hi Lorraine, what a beautiful comment to read today. I am sorry you lost your father, and your mum is in a home with dementia. I have no words of comfort, I do send you support with kindness. I am so grateful you listened to the episode. I want to shine a light on real people like Liz. 💖
This is a fabulous interview, chit chat. You are both so engaging. Good work Kirsty. You bring the best out in people. 😍😍
Lindsay thank you, that is such a lovely thing to write and for me to read. Thank you. Xxx
Plus, a blurred background could be perceived as shifty by the viewer (especially if the viewer is me) 😂. Let it all hang out, I say!
I could not agree more, it is far easier for the viewers brains to accept normal and as you say hang out over shifty and not showing.
Great tip Kirsty!
Thanks Kelly, let me know if you use it. 💖
Great session this morning and thank you for having me, had a great time despite the nerves! Keep up the hard work.
You were brilliant, I love your honesty and the challenges we face a new business owners is incredible. I love you want to keep people personally safe. 💖
Thank you both for this conversation. Two things stay in my mind. One, asking the people who do the hands-on work, and really listening to their insights. I used to do this when I was a community librarian, and it was always such a valuable thing to do, for the function of our workplace, the learning and connection I had with our most precious resources (staff), and, maybe, primarily, because those colleagues knew that they were valued and respected. The second thing, is what your daughter said, Kirsty, about the voice coming from the heart. I have no doubt, that I was meant to hear that, today. How profound, and how apt, given what a mother she has!
Such a lovely post to read thank you Mel. I adore what our daughter said about the voice and she loves telling people. It makes such perfect sense. The same way that asking people who keep things moving know sometimes better than a CEO how something could and should run better as they are on the tools everyday. Thank you for watching the show. Xxx
Yes ok to be dyslexic x
Thank you so much for watching the interview, Joy is an inspiration. How did you meet your husband? Xxx
This resonates so much lady's. Meeting your husbands by accident.
Only lust seen this, how did you meat your husband? Xx
This is so great thank for sharing. Overcoming challenges and taking opertunitys so inspiring.
It really makes a huge difference and by sharing I hope we can inspire others to be brave. Xx
My daughter is helping us now Mark, she a lot older than Maddie but she loves it. I get great satisfaction when I look over and she’s wiring in a power supply or crimping an RJ45.
Thanks Don will do 😍 although she’s quite expensive
Great interview, send Maddie my way to work at events and get some experience Mark.
Interesting conversation
I really enjoyed talking to Nippin, I was telling a friend some of his stories yesterday evening. Such an honour to be able to share part of his journey with you. Thank you for commenting. 💖
