  Pool aside, that reminds me of the Flight Nurse and CCATT school I attended. They have a body of a C-130 in the building to practice loading/unloading and securing patients.

  That is a symptom of sleep apnea. You should get a sleep test. A lack of oxygen will cause very vivid dreams or waking & being stuck in a dream. These experiences will increase the longer apnea is not treated.
