Yes I was about to say, as a FA myself, I rarely see badly behaved passengers on my flights. So because you don’t show it doesn’t mean it’s not happening. It just means you haven’t personally experienced it. The media wants you to believe that every single flight has drama when actually it’s just the odd few out of 10,000 a day.

There’s only so much we can do 🙂 .. I uploaded a few videos talking about the realities of our job currently and I received many negative/mean comments/messages about me not being grateful/complaining etc. all we can do is our BEST, keep a positive attitude and spread kindness. I'm a fa and started watching your channel when I was struggling with my joy in my job. You gave me back the joy and love for my job. In order to keep this stuff from continuing we need to let in die. I appreciate you not being controversial.

you are representing a company and a brand when you come on here and make videos with their name showing on your badge. what did they expect? for you to just start complaining about all the things you don’t like about your job or all the bad things that are happening in the industry? there is nothing wrong with being positive and/or just sharing all the positive things about your day or job. this is a place many wanna come to, to feel better about and more comfortable with flying (especially if they haven’t flown before). it’s helped me and one of the reasons i watch is cause i love your personality and wanna be brave enough to get back on a plane cause the last time i did i was terrified. you aren’t doing anything wrong. keep being you and keep shining bright ❤️❤️❤️❤️ oh also, you are never gonna win with these people. if you are positive they will say “all you do is sugar coat and a** kiss”, but if you were to be negative or critical then they’d say “all you do is complain”. you literally can’t win. just keep doing what you are doing cause you are winning in my book 😇

I have to admit that I'm taken aback by how immediately people are willing to become snarky and vitriolic in their responses - which is probably partly a result of the post-Trump crueller American climate, and also because the Internet enables meanness without face-to-face accountability.

@@running179 i read your response to this video, and honestly, it didnt come across as "well considered and thoughtful". your wording in your response puts the blame on stella for the hurt feelings, instead of taking ownership of them. when you say things like "I was genuinely surprised that you seemed so defensive and upset in your response, but again, I can understand the reaction as anyone's natural human reaction." like you did in your comment on this video, its the equivalent to "im sorry you feel that way", which is ironic considering you didnt even apologize. not once did you take true ownership for what you said. all you did was insist over and over that how she took it was not how you intended. thats not taking ownership. another thing that is ironic is you calling people out for having "meanness without face-to-face accountability" considering your original comment to stella that prompted this video. your comment to stella was a direct attack against her integrity. your intention behind it is irrelevant. you owe her an apology. and not "im sorry you took it that way". thats not an apology. people in the comment section see that. them calling you out for it is not "meanness". mickey atkins is a therapist who does a video series on apologies here on youtube. i would highly recommend you check her out. you might learn a thing or two. i truly hope you have a good night.

Bubbly can be cute. However, when she sounds like a bubble head she is just flat annoying. She is not 15 anymore. Too often she sounds as if she has had multiple Expressos and is bouncing off the walls like a ping pong ball. Talk like an adult and stop squealing most of the time!

Yes, yes, yes. I am a frequent business traveler and, in my nearly million miles with my primary carrier, I’ve never seen an incident like this. They make the news but they are a very small minority. Most of us just want to get from A to B safely and in good spirits. Love your channel.

Times have changed in a short period. It's common now among people that are anti vax, anti mask. FAA bears that out in their data. You also won't see it nearly as much among seasoned travelers as we are. You also see it more on the LLC's Spirit etc because of different crowd.

Stella, thank you for the energy you bring in to the internet and love watching your videos! I have struggled with depression and anxiety and seeing bad news, one after another and another just gets me even more depressed. I have intentionally tried to clean out my social media platforms so that I’m only surrounded by people who bring me positivity and are not just bragging about their fake lives. Keep being you and thank you for sharing your story with us!

I have major flight anxiety. Seeing the positive videos you and others make about flying and turbulence has made it easier for me to fly. You are definitely my favorite flight attendant channel. Keep doing what you do and helping those of us with the turbulence anxiety.

Hi Stella, I stumbled onto your channel over a month ago and just like that the Flight Attendant world came into my radar. I’ve watched other flight attendant channels and I have to say, yours by far is my favorite. I love how REAL you are and I love your energy! I guess I can understand that person’s comment about you not addressing the “issues” going on during flights but you’re absolutely right… it didn’t happen you. I had to fly to Texas for my son’s graduation in August and I was so scared that we were going to have a trip like what you see on the news. Our flight was smooth. It was amazing. I was so grateful for the pilots and the FA’s. At the end of the day it’s all about perspective and you answered that persons comment to you beautifully! Keep doing what you do. I am someone who hates the thought of travel but watching your videos and my last experience on the plane makes me feel more at ease and excited about possible trips in the future! I don’t come home from a long stress full day to watch a flight attendant tell me their version of the news. I watch to be entertained, to laugh, to cry, to discover new parts of the world that I may never travel to. I have only been here probably over a year and you are amazing. I worked in the travel industry for almost 15 years. Those planes…they stay in your heart ❤️. I miss my airline days and I relive them thru you. I love to fly and I just got back from traveling internationally with your company and I have to say, I respect how well they handled conflicting passengers and it’s not all a large conflict. I have started to watch your channel pretty recently and to be honest I love love love the passion you put into your work. It is a true pleasure to see people loving their job and not complaining about the bad days but put a light on the good days and the positive aspects. You always show how grateful you are and how enthusiastic you are. I don’t think that focusing in the bad few episodes that some rude crazy people had really helps anybody. Some people should stay home rather than traveling. For us working with tourism, we had such a bad 2020 without being able to work that we are so grateful to be able to work now that the negative stuff it is just a small part of the good stuff. I work with Americans for destination weddings and some people are nicer, some aren’t but well, that’s the same in “real life”. I just don’t focus in the only one mean rude guest and enjoy the nice people attending. So, to sum up everything, I love your channel and you don’t need to change a bit! Hugs from Italy ❤️

I love your channel just the way it is! I became an FA after watching your channel for years and it is the best job ever!! Yes there are struggles but the pros outweigh the cons for me, my family constantly asks if I've "ductaped anyone yet" and I have to tell them its not really like that! Most flights are quiet thankfully, its the one in a million chance that those violence incidents happen unfortunately. There's so many flights a day all over the world that sometimes those things happen but they are rare. You are not being dishonest at all, those things just haven't happened to a lot of us FA's but the news makes it seem like it happens 24/7 :( love your channel!!

Bless you for maintaining your positive attitude Stella! There are too many people these days that want to voice their opinion on EVERYTHING, even when they don’t have all the information (or any of it often times). No one should tell you not to be positive. That’s one of the best traits you have! We need more people like you in the world and less people “grumbling”! Stay safe!

Honestly, I love your positivity and fun, spunky personality. We have enough negative shit happening in the world, and what job place doesn’t get some form of issue/drama, doesn’t mean they are ALL like that. So you do you, I (& many others) enjoy it.

I seriously don't know how someone would want to hurt or question Stella's integrity. What you see is what you get. She's not trying for click bait or to be the 7:00 News. Stella's a ray of sunshine in our lives. Her giggly voice makes me happy and confident things will be alright. And I always love to see where we're going next. And I always wait with baited breath to see if she got two beds!

I appreciate the positivity. I try to remember everyone has a different personality and experiences. Stella has a bubbly personality which I love. Maybe that video was the straw that broke the camels back for the commenter, there are a lot of awful things happening in the world right now. Keep on doing you Stella. 😊

Girl do not let it get to you. I love that you always have a positive sunny outlook on life. I'm a flight attendant for the same company as you, just starting my 24th year. I've flown the entire time during the pandemic and have not seen the crazy drama either. Keep doing what you do! The world needs more people like you in it :)
