    Actually, it started around the 500 A.D. They just try to tie it back to the original church because they need some kind of credibility.

    Hawaiians were not 'Introduced to the world' in 1776. Captain Cook was introduced to the world around that time. Just because there wasn't any regular contact doesn't mean they didn't know how to travel 'around the world'. Polynesian wayfinders proved they could sail thousands of miles across the oceans to islands they had never been to but knew from ancestral teachings. The Pacific is 2 thirds of the planet. They managed to populate anything worth populating. To think they didn't find, traded, or x'd out potential threatening lands (mostly continents) is simply Eurocentric hubris.

    Interesting take on Hawaiian History, read Kamehameha’s warrior kekuhaopio, it was brutal warfare. The only way Kamehameha was able to unite the islands was with the white mans guns and ships. As for the missionary’s arrival look to a Hawaiian, Henry Opukahia as the one to invite them to come to the islands.

    Herodotus is not the WORLD first historian, the Europeans gave him that title not the WORLD.... Europeans are always trying to separate Egypt from Africa because Egypt is the center of religious civilization...so the Europeans want to claim it

  • @AkaedatheLogtoad
    @AkaedatheLogtoad20 сағат бұрын

    Yeah i dont think hes the first but egypt i wouldnt say is the center of religons. It plays a role but center no. That would be the middle east. Since three of some of the biggest religions come from there. Asia holds the world religious title. So yeah still not europe. But where did he say they were seperating egypt? Egypt was an ancient super power that holds people interest to this day. Pretty sure that is what he was talking about. Africa is where we all vome from. So it probably holds the most improtant title of all. They may have some of the earliest metal working as well.

    Pretty accurate but they kept showing the profile of Darius the Great (A much more powerful king than Cyrus but not as benevolent) when the narrator kept saying Cyrus the Great. Cyrus' capital was Pasargod not Perspolis but that's fine at least the viewers get a good glimps of the Persian mindset and heart.

    Asians take massacre to entirely different levels. Its probably because of rice production. Massive numbers already deeply in grained (see what i did there) and losing huge amounts of rice was normal, and rice is life, so human life is easily replaced in the thinking.

    Totally ignores most of 1814 and jumps toward the end of the war and British attempts to invade the US. Never mentions the Battle of Lundy Lane which was one of the largest and bloodiest battles of this war. It marked the last time the US tried to invade Canada. It also lead to a more effective US army which such leaders as Jacob Brown and Winfield Scott.

    The story of Charlemagne that we were taught in schools is inherently implausible. If Charlemagne really existed and did all the things that he is supposed to have done, he makes Thomas Edison look like a welfare bum. It is difficult to believe that any one many could have done in one lifetime everything that Charlemagne is alleged to have done. It gets worse. Nearly everything that we know about Charlemagne comes from written records. Unfortunately, written records from the Early Middle Ages are notoriously unreliable. So what archaeological or physical evidence exists to support what the written records tell us about Charlemagne? None. It's all based on notoriously unreliable written records.

    THE United States was not defeated on the battlefield but at home politically in Congress. Prior to the Vietnam War America had not witnessed such an opposition to the Vietnam War or any war prior to Vietnam. The American left managed to sway public opinion against the war and the President at the time LBJ!!!

    The dark ages is before the white supremacy dominance, once the Spanish Europeans was able to challenge the dark people and defeat the Moors in Granada Spain 1492 ;and 1492 is when the now a day school curriculum starts with Columbus who sailed from granada 1492,,,no coincidence,the Pequot war has been ripped from the page of history, but the battle is not lost , they took them from America to Bermuda because we couldn't be controlled
