Untouched Fishing

Untouched Fishing

Hello everyone and welcome to Untouched Fishing.

This channel is dedicated to filming the quests to find some of the biggest fish the UK has to offer.
Fish like these are unlikely to live around areas which are convenient to anglers or places which are often fished. In my mission, I have and will continue to travel to places which likely have never had a lure or bait thrown into them.

Fingers crossed we can get lucky and see some of what the waters have to offer 🤞

Spents weeks of his life to catch a fish and then uses barbless, bio-degradable hooks... what to say. Woke fisherman are just as smart as any woke person.

How do you work your lures? I might begin spinning for sea fish myself and would like to know how you do it. I fish for pike mainly so the water is a bit shallower and I assume in the sea you work your lure a bit differently.

what a fish!! I bet most people who've seen this won't know anyone who's seen a 20lb cod let alone a 30 🤯. You've probably got more chance catching a halibut these days 😂. cheers for the comment mate 🎣👍

@@UntouchedFishing thought you'd appreciate that, just wish we had a picture, as it's almost unbelievable now to think it actually happened. Although fish stocks then were obviously very different to what they are now. Your video bought it all back to me. I have to say your skate video blew my mind - I had no idea that they grow that big.

Yes the video is ok but why do you have to shout and holler so loud when you catch something? Would you do it if the camera wasn't switched on? I've NEVER known a fisherman who shouts when he catches a fish, especially these small ones. Calm down lad and the vids will be more watchable.

I think you said you would never call a fish giant again after your skate fishing😂fantastic footage mate but for me you’re a bit annoying to watch with your OTT enthusiasm at times. I think you’ll appeal more to a wider age group if you tone it down a bit but I’m just old😂 otherwise your doing a fantastic job👍

Yes I agree with you completely. Honestly, i think I was in disbelief to be catching cod. My favourite fish and over the last few years I’ve only ever caught a couple- I was tempted to go and re film the last section of this video because of this but I thought with the fish I caught I had to leave it be. I think now I’ve got over the excitement of the first decent cod fishing I’ve had it will be doable. I appreciate your honesty though and will actively be working on this.

When Google Maps are not great, you can 'rewind' to earlier image sets, which are often better. Also, sometimes Bing Maps has great aerial images and has OS maps layer as well.
