It won’t - not with the shortage of inventory we’ve been in since 2017. Rates hit a 27 year high in Oct 2023 and homes still went up 7% nationwide.

I wish i would've known this before. My mortgage originally was 2723. Then 6 months later they said they over charged my escrow account and dropped my payment to 2180 and gave me a 5k check. And said that was my new mortgage payment. I just found out yesterday that there is an escrow shortage on my account, and my new payment for the next 12 months is 3450 now. I can't afford my house anymore. Is this legal? Is there anything I can do about this? I need help.

Ask your realtor for a CMA to fight the taxes... that is all you really need! And make sure you have your homestead filed!

Hello Denise. Big fan of your videos and insights. IMO the reason for the added tiers and why a 760 and 740 are penalized is because of how student loan debt defaults were reset to current due to the pandemic. Also, certain types of consumer debt were also updated to current using these measures. Fannie and Freddie are actually quite aware of this. As stated this is just my opinion.

My rate is 2.25 conventional I just had my house appraised again. I paid 145k now it's 205k & no more PMI! This is a great idea

Around me. It is all about selling to Chinese nationals, Indian nationals and people moving out of California. Young people around here are screwed and they know it. They have been sold out. And yeah.. I do blame the Realtors. They are opportunistic fucks.
