Not a fan of hank but like the workouts. I turn off the volume, closed caption and listen to my music. I'm low tech on my spin bike so I watch the knees for cadence and hank doesn't stay consistent. Very frustrating, Signed 68 yr old codger from kansas.

A true 8RPE for 3 minutes followed by 9RPRE of 30 seconds then 10RPE of 30 seconds is physically impossible. 10 RPE is an effort at 100% of maximum HR, which can't be maintained for more than 30 seconds by a conditioned athlete. However, the workout was excellent and I was motivated to try as hard as I possibly could. 👍
