  at 12:40 your decal damaged as setter affecting the coat. Using warm water is more safety for waterslide if you has been coat sprayed to the waterslide decal. Water is less chemical so it not affecting the clear coat. Cons of using water is more difficult to fix the position. Although this is a cool result, nice job bro

  I wasnt sure on the green cranes when you started coloring them, but in the finished model, they look fitting. Somehow this green feels very japanise-ish.

  Not really. Bandai kits can be built out of the box however there are a lot of color correcting stickers in this set.

  How many stripes does the flight deck have?

  In the model there are 3 rows of stripes. The outer 2 rows have 62 stripes while the center row has 38. I’m not sure if this is the exact number on the real thing.

  Instead of a swastika, what a lot of people do it put the iron cross there instead. I know it’s not accurate, but then atleast you’re not offending people as much.

  They’re the curved tip tweezers from Border craft tools. I’m not sure if they still sell them.

  I will be attempting the same model but just the basic version. I love 1/700 scale but you need the touch of a watchmaker. My hands are not as steady as yours are. Very informative and nice work.

  I am really envious of your steady hands. I only ever build a 1/200 ship and already struggled with the PE details. I could never do anything so as small as the trucks in this set. Do you already know which ship you want to put into the dock, or why do you want to increase the height?

  Thank you very much! It was very difficult to built the trucks even with the magnifying lens! My plan is to be able to reuse the dock for any ship, so by increasing the height I can future proof the build.
