First clear instructional video I've found to help slow breathing down & catch breathe, to also help reduce panicking. Thank you!

Love this 13 year-old vid. I don't have SOB, but as a senior citizen I find them very helpful to include in my warm-up routine. Huge thanks.

I feel short of breath, smoked a pack a day for 17 years and have been quit for one year. When at the gym climbing the stair-master, I use to be able to do 2000 steps in 30 min, now only able to do 1000 steps in 30min with a heart rate of 155 and oxymeter reading never going above 96% when before it use to easily be at 98% ☹

Thanks to your teachings, I was able to go up 325 plus steps without a problem. I say 325 because I lost track as I was halfway to the top. Keep in mind that this was: Denver, Colorado the mile high state. Besides I’m 72 years young Gracias I’m grateful to your teachings.

Amazing Just unbelievable. I saw this video weeks ago but didn’t have the chance to try the exercise. Today I had no choice and found myself having to go up the stairs to the third floor of a building. And so I did exactly what you teach. To my surprise and amazement and for the first time in decades I didn’t run out of breath!!! I even felt energized and by the way I’m 72 years old and highly, highly recommend for anyone to try it ASAP. IM GRATEFUL TO YOU BECAUSE YOUR TEACHINGS ARE GOING TO LAST ME A LIFETIME. Gracias 🙏🏻

I'm not so sure that would work for me. The 10 breast in acute shortness 10 breaths do my mouth I don't think I can last that long. And they have a panic attack do they have to breathe through my nose I don't get enough oxygen. I'm going to try it but when I'm really SOB itmay not work

Question: I am a yoga instructor and I have been teaching many of these. However, I've been teaching 'chicken wings' differently as far as breath goes, just the opposite. Inhaling as you open the elbows and exhaling closing elbows. This feel much more natural and feels like you can breathe more deeply on the inbreath opening the chest than closing. Please explain why you do it the other way. Thanks sooo much!!

Thank you for these breathing exercises. I shall try them. What I am doing now - 1. Sit on the edge of the bed holding a small weight (up) in each hand (5 pounds) 2. Stand, pushing the hand weights up, and inhaling through nose 3. Sit back down, blowing the air out of the mouth quite forcefully, and let weights down to shoulder height (starting position). 4. Repeat for one minute of exercise 1. Sit on the edge of the bed, holding hand weights (15 pounds) straight down next to bed. 2. Stand, pulling the hand weights up toward the armpits, inhaling through nose. 3. Sit back down, blowing the air out of the mouth quite forcefully, and let weights back down next to bed. 4. Repeat for one minute of exercise. These breathing exercises will also stimulate the brain pituitary gland to release growth hormone for youth and muscle mass. (Burst Exercise). Do once per hour.

We were so frustrated that we cannot find a ranch house that we can afford, I am having a hard time climbing our stairs so we thought a ranch style house will be the best. I have one functioning lung so I am using portable oxygen now. Yesterday I saw this video and I did it. Awesome, it works!!! Now we don’t need to move, we can stay in our house that we love so much. Thank you so much. ❤❤❤ ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Just increase gradually and be sure you don't get dizzy. You might do one minute and then another later.
