Carbon Workshop

Here you'll find the best video tutorials for beginner and advance composites!!

kzread.info/dron/M5RXSAAbRfyYvoMDB6F1Jg.html

I started this channel to share my passion of composites by uploading videos of what goes into making some quality 100% real carbon fibre products.

Everything iv learnt has just been through trial and error as a hobbie in my back garden!

Along with mould making, resin infusion, prepreg carbon fibre, hand layup carbon fibre, 2k clear coat. Sharing tips and tricks along the way.

I've ordered the same setup, but which products do you use for the clear coat itself? When i want to clearcoat my forged carbon which composited should i buy? I only know that it has to be UV resistant. But is it a epoxy clearcoat that you use or what should i buy? Don't find any products on easycomposites for clearcoating. Just for filling pinholes :/ thanks in advance!

@VEC7ORlt maybe thats because the equipment required to make the parts your talking about costs hundreds of thousands of pounds. I dont suppose those businesses are particularly interested in making you tube videos lol. What ever the reason, slagging off channels that specifically make videos on low cost carbon production is pretty pointless.

there are special in mould coatings used in the industry. But expensive and the moulds have to be 100% flawless and ultra high goss, otherwise you never would get a finish like the end result in this video
