If he'd have handled his account properly, and it was still open, then YOU DEPOSIT THE CHECK THRU THE ATM, where there is no human intervention. PEOPLE are the problem. Everyone thinks they're a fraud investigator. The ATM JUST FOLLOWS A PROCESS. Wait a day or 2 for the check to clear and then withdrawal the cash $500 a day also by ATM. The ATM doesn't need your ID and gives your card back. Keep people out of your business.

Unfortunately I’m stuck with the shitshow Chase. I live out of the country and have my ssi and army disability automatically deposited. From where I live it’s about impossible to access my account . Luckily my daughter is on the account and handles all the screw ups. At least a few atms within 10 to 50 miles away work. They’ve screwed me up several times freezing my account because a certain atm didn’t take my card. I’d change banks but as I’ll never return to the US under any circumstance I’ll just deal with it. They still suck though!

Chase. Deposited $43k from family estate, Chase received cash from the maker, "suspended funds", I have yet to receive funds? I need help with this. Was in the process of closing my Chase accounts due to horrific customer service, fee and the fact that the, on multiple occasions over the years indicated that my birthdate did not match their records. 2nd time in 4 years I was required to go to the branch, provide official ID and a valid CC. This is HORSE SHIT! I need assistance. I get Chase offers regularly!

Ikenna had a 1st Degree Robbery conviction in 1999, and shortly after this story blew up, he was arrested for stealing a Hummer from a Nissan Dealer's lot. They tracked it to his garage, and when they made the hummer honk using OnStar, he barricaded himself in his house until SWAT came out to take him back where he belonged.
