Let me start by saying I'm a MY, and I'm not judging any of the girls whether they have or haven't had cosmetic surgery. I'm thinking Karina got a blepharoplasty. Essentially, you remove excess fat from the eyelid, giving more depth to the eye area and more lid space. You could argue this doesn't really count as ps because there's no reconstruction of the face, added with the fact that a lot of older folk get this procedure for non-cosmetic reasons. As you age, your eyelids droop and can actually (for some people) impair your vision, making it a medical necessity. Karina's always had double eyelids just based on the predebut pictures here. Also want to note that jaw reduction procedures can be done inside the mouth to avoid obvious scarring. There are definitely high-risk jaw procedures, don't get me wrong, but it's possible this isn't as dangerous as a traditional jaw reduction. At least, I hope it isn't.

I like how she looked naturally, though. Like, she never needed any of that to be beautiful. For fuck‘s sake, I bet there are a whole bunch of people that‘d be willing to make a deal with the devil to have a face like that and this stupid industry made her undergo all those surgeries for what exactly? To make a beautiful girl „more beautiful“? I might be alone with this opinion but I prefer her natural face because it was a hundred percent her. I also appreciate the way she was in IZONE. Right now it feels like she‘s putting on a show. I still like her but knowing how she used to be I feel like she‘s forcing herself too much to fit some kind of certain image now.
