  Love this song. I’ve sang it to two very special men in my life. My father, and my son. Sadly my father passed away in 2000 never met my son who was born in 2003 but this song always makes me think of both of them.

  This song is for my husband, a Vietnam War Veteran, who died on March 26, 2023 from complications from cancer caused by Agent Orange. He was the best thing that ever happened to me, and I still cry every day for him. I will always love him till the day that we are together again.
