Yoo! Stoked to hear how heavy u getting back into skating! And sounds like u been killing it too! As far as the speed confidence building: start with a trick or grind u feel most comfortable with and begin to approach with more n more speed. Tightening ur trucks a tiny bit can also help with the confidence. But the more u keep skating the easier it’ll get to go faster. I still have the same problem getting out of the slow comfort zone but u gotta trust the body!

I play switch, session is tight really enjoyed it for all the same reasons. but when skater xl came out it won me over with significantly better graphics, at least on the switch.

if u could do the homies a solid and grab a (whatever phone u have matching lapel mic set up) big preeeesh if u can add wind sock <3 contents great wish we heard ya better. (iphone 11:15 been calling this one out to, there is a setting, idk what its called but it stops the mic from distorting when zooming)

Spencer, any advice yo can give to a 46 year old skater who street skated back in the day 20+ years ago, but for the last 4 years has been pretty much skating every day again, but has a hard time committing to landing tricks going fast? Like my ollies are ok standing(maybe a foot high at best)I can ollie up small boxes, 1ft orso, 50/50 grind 6-7" curbs, slappy grind like 4-5" curbs & my fs 180s & pop shuvits are o...k. It's weird, I'm not afraid of getting hurt really, because I hurt myself all the time lol & just walk it off, yet I know my lack of speed is holding back tricks like my noslides, ollies, axle stall etc-what tips would you give an old head to just go fast & commit faster? HALP lol Love your channel, super chill & hilarious...& your riser pad video worked, just got 3/8" oj's & my setup & immediately noticed a difference.

Two of my favorites together is so money!! Spencer would you ever do a bs nosegrind tutorial? I love yours and Wenning always made them look so fun. I got pitched over the top as a kid trying to learn them and have been deathly terrified since but it's on my bucket list and would unlock so many other tricks. Take care broski!!

My childhood park! Grew up in Barrio Logan so this is where i spent years of my childhood! Got stuck in the bowl and had to walk out without shoes on, slammed the hardest i ever have on that quarter going towards the pyramid, first gap i ollied, first manny pad i learned on, first little bowl i learned fly outs on. This was definitely the spot to skate if you lived in SD. Shoutout all the Memo boys from back in the day! Fuckin Rippers for sure!!!
