Who has the link for the lights?
Nice bro I’m gonna be doing mine this week I’m excited now 👍👍👏👏
You have one of the best looking “Pre-Runner” builds on YT! 🙌🙇♂️🙇♀️🙇🛻
I have been looking into these Fiberwerx fenders 🤩…. Vs Advanced Fiberglass…. Or rather the TT rear fender vs the “classic” flared rear fenders. 🤔 I like this look of the TT style more than the “pseudo-duelly” look for rear fenders. 😊
12:46 😂
Nice! 😎 🤩 such a beautiful build!!!!
in my opinion the gen 11 was the best truck ever built ...4.6 was a amazing motor
I like your truck. I have a 2006 I bought it new. About a month ago I got a crate motor installed, it’s currently at the body shop getting paint. When it gets back I’ll install seat cover replacement for the front seats, they are like the factory material and should match, we will see. My decision came down to pricing a new truck to replace my truck or rebuilding it bring it back to like new, one feature I like now is Apple car play, so switching out the radio gave me that, there is a rear camera that comes with the new radio, so I’ll install that when I get the truck back from the body shop. I’ll take some pictures and send you. I looked at your headlight and taillight switches and gave them some serious thought, but think I’ll go with simple stock headlight replacement, they are faded, and the tail lights still look good. New trucks are in the area of 60K, my truck summer 2024 rebuilds will end up being less than 20k, but I already own the 2006 F150 which new cost me $24k
Great video ! Slow down on the talking 😊
I like what u've done to u're truck.
Great vid👍
Hahaha learned the hard way myself… ‘…and it’ll sell right after for 1/8th…’
Can you still use your tie down? You mentioned the cargo net but I wondered how you used that? I’m thinking about this box but know after realizing I might not be able to use the tie down might be a deal breaker. Good video!
Your truck is so siiiiiiick can't wait to take off my crap country 04 lariat 2wd
Its the tentioner pulley making the noise ,..on my pickup ,..bought mine new 2005 ford f150 ,.....very lil maintaince ,replacing the starter is all i have had an issue with...and she is still going ..built ford tough ...YES !
So I’m not the smartest person in the world but I need you to hear this the clicking noise in your truck is a lifter leveler if it goes out your truck will be useless so replace it as quick as possible thanks
Put a Bullydog GT Tuner on it! I have one on my 2006 5.4L Lariat SuperCrew
Very helpful, Right to the points👍
How have the wheels held up so far I’m looking at a set for my F150 as well. Can’t bring myself to pay $1500 for some wheels so these fit my budget perfect
Over a year and no issues. I don't daily drive the truck but I do live in Vegas where the sun is brutal during summer. The powdercoat is not faded (even on the spare) and they have held up in the dirt. For the price I feel like you can't beat it. I am looking to get another set on my Red F150.
Bought an 08 4.6 a few years back. Similar mods, same color!
What are the tail lights? Also, did you find it easy to do the steering wheel controls for your aftermarket radio? How does that 10” stereo fit, now? Is there a trim kit behind the large screen so it’s not just a hole it comes out of?
Question how do I remove lift kit bar to remove oil pan?
I have a 2005 f150 super cab with the 4.6L, 413,xxx miles and the original transmission just went out. The engine was changed prior to me owning it, because the previous owner ran it low on oil. So glad I don't have a 5.4L
I still got mines. 07 170k miles still going strong
same me 2 but over 200,000
I have a F-150 2008 and have gone through many sets of spark coils .. so many that the truck is up for sale....the mechanics cannot fix it for more than 2 months and then the child start going bad....Im finished with this.
My 04 5.4 3v 4wd crew cab Ford red with gray undertones…226,000 miles…looks & runs great and we love it!
@@umcanefantampa I have the exact same truck about the same miles06 love it power steering lines are dry rotting as well as the transmission I'm not sure if first owner had it near a lot of salt
I just bought the exact truck just not as perfect rims as you have love it man 200,000 mi 2500 bucks
Funny stuff man make me laugh I recently bought a 2006 f150 5.4 l I love this truck too dude is there anything is the frame is dangerously rotted and I did not realize that when I got it I recommend getting a can of undercoating and constantly spraying it I saw the kits for the frameI can't believe they even make anything but same thing I love this truck I've had a lot of used trucks and this is hands down my favorite I paid $2,500 for it with 200,000 me immediately had to put power steering line and then transmission line and break that valve cause of rust okay cheap fixes for me Daddy engine has a compression low in one cylinder I can deal with it thank you
I have the same truck but mine is a FX4 with leather. the super cab short box is a great configuration and somewhat hard to find. I absolutely love my truck, if I ever have trouble with the engine I’ve been debating a Coyote conversion but a fresh 5.4 could be the way to go because it wouldn’t require mods.
I slung a rod in my 06 and just bought a new crate motor for it
hi, your truck looks great, i have the same truck & did the same things to it, i do have a few more , under the seat sub radio with nav & phone , i should have changed my lights to led like you did , i just put in led bulbs , but now my cruse control doe'sn't work, my battery died now i can't turn off my parking lights (hoping it's a stuck relay( any idears thamk you vinny
Ive had mine installed since 2020 and its still holding up. No water gets in.🤘
What is the torque spec on the oil pan bolts?
thanks for the video, i'm saving for a nice but used truck to use for work. my current vehicle is great for daily driving but thats about it (and i don't even drive everyday)
Best vid. Keep doing bro you’re helpful asf
Thanks for the comment! 🙏 Need these comments to get the motivation to keep making more videos!
Do you still have this truck? If so, Any major issues?
I do still own it. I did the timing job. Replaced my AC compressor but nothing super crazy since this video.
what size tires you running
37” BFG KM3
Great video! Thank you for the upload and time it took to create it. Made the job so much easier on my 4x4
This American talking so much
Truck built by amazon
yeah but when I did it my toe in I so outta wack I can't even drive it to get an alignment 😭
Would you please add a link to where you got those headlights and grill? Those are not on your Amazon page. Thank you for the great content! I have a 2008 F150 that I have had since new, and I am looking to refresh it.
What kind of radio and where did you get it?
Dude nice work I like what you have done keep up with the mods nice to see I was looking at the Amazon mods seems to work so I will now go ahead with some of the stuffffffssss I what to buy👍👍👍👍
They made this a LOT harder on the back studs, from 2009-2014. The space between the flange and the backing plate for the drum brakes is much much smaller. It made getting the damaged studs out then installed harder but the worst is getting the drum parking brake parts out then reinstalled... ugh. I helped a friend replace all the studs on his left rear today (outside in the rain 😢 ).
Rookies!! Hahaha ALWAYS MEASURE TWICE!!!!!
lol ya. It happens 🤦🏻♂️
I have an 07 and loved it since I bought it in 2016. 150k miles at purchase and now has 320k+. Yes 2 timing jobs, but has been a great truck. I agree with all your comments and especially your compliments. Drives and handles much better than my 2000 expedition. I sometimes get envious about newer trucks, and legitimately so, but I would hate to not be as pleased overall as I have been with this one. My mechanic just recently replaced all timing parts and said he was skeptical about the mileage. When he got into the engine, he was so impressed and surprised that the inside was still so clean and in great shape. He even sent me pics. lol. That was at 320k. I appreciate your video and share your love for the truck. Good job sir!
What type and viscosity of oil do you use?
Why two timing jobs
I WANNA SEE LEXI IN A BIKINI DRIVING THIS ON A BUMPY DIRT ROAD!
Karate Chop Warning !!
