    Just an idea to help cut your slot for the blade to through... Cut material almost to size. Stick it to insert with double sided table, replace insert with material attached and raise blade to cut slot. Route edges with guided profile bit, seperate material from factory insert, cut underside notches and now it will fit clearing the blade allowing a full height cut to be raised through it. As for the slit for the RK just use a jigsaw with a straight edge as it doesn't need to be zero clearance.

    Thanks for the video. I just bought a set of these and couldn't/didn't see the instructions tucked inside. As you know, I struggled to figure out how to open for use. Thanks to you, I can finally put these to use.bed to your channel so I can see what other interesting things you've simplified.

    Thank you for posting. There is a seller on Etsy making zero clearance inserts for this saw. In Germany so $25 shipping on top of $33 for the insert. Much less expensive to make one.

    Yes, I used a 6" dado stack in it. I think I could do an 8" too.

    Are you happy with the saw? I find lots of reviews of the older model, but nog about this one and i'm seriously in doubt between this one and the dewalt 4792 (similar but a lot more expensive). Best regards

    Learnt a lot thanks, I have the C10RJ not C10RJ(S) only difference I noticed, is mine does not have that lock for the plate, my plate locks in with a little lever on the plate itself.

    You can use the saw horse as scaffolding with a smaller board 12 x 24

    When you switched the circular saw blade with the table saw blade, did you have the blade in reverse order?, I noticed the blade brand facing the wrong side and saw dust came out on your side of the table saw.

    I did a thumbs down on the Kobalt sawhorses, not on the gentleman’s video. He did a great job, however these sawhorses seem Clunky and difficult to operate, as he said himself Bora makes a much better product!

    The only way I saw was to use a Dremel to cut the bottom of the riving knife.

    It is working well. Filter keeps getting dirty so I know it is taking the dust out of the air! I clean the outer filter every 2-3 weeks using a shop vac. The inner filter is still clean.

    Filers are about $24 per pair give or take. But you don't have to replace the inside filter as often.

    Yeh, I am sure it won't be the last time I make that mistake! I chose this one because it was on sale and honestly, I don't need more strength than this. My old set were plastic ones from Harbour freight so this is a gigantic improvement!
