Received my notice to order the Foundation Series, with delivery estimated for July / September for dual motor, or October / December for a triple motor. I was excited for the 500 mile range on the triple motor, initially. Went to see an actual Cybertruck at the Tesla showroom this weekend. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the range 260-300 miles. Apparently the 320 miles on the specs is only an estimate. The door panels did not line up between the front and rear doors (the car is spec.d out at $113k). Asked the Tesla associate about the windshield wiper fluid leaks as seen on a You Tube video,he recommended that I speak with service department. I am not a Tesla hater, we have a LR M3 delivered in 8/2018. I really like the car. We also have quite a few shares of TSLA, so I hope they succeed. I am still on the fence in regards to pulling the trigger on my reservation. May keep my M3, and just buy a Model S long range with 400 mile range or a Lexus LC 500.

The Cybertruck looks amazing. I applaud the guts of Tesla to make something like this and not taking itself too seriously. I am fed up with all vehicles looking the same. It is of course very polemic. But whether you hate it or you love it, it is already an iconic vehicle and the new tech is amazing. One for history.

It has the looks of an upside down waste skip. Not for European roads, however it's a super clever piece of marketing and to be fair, its worked from that point of view. Look forward to seeing it though in the Museum @ Gaydon, next to a DeLorean.
