Absolutely no doubt about that , he bulked up a bit & was as fired up as I’ve ever seen him against semerenko , who seemed to have touched a nerve with John . Look at Johns face closely 1.24 to 1.28 in this video , different match but same fire.

If anybody just follows video in which he tells about 6 movements in armwrestling and just train those movements he will be in elite level he wont even need table time according to my opinion just use weights and train those movements for 5to 8 years
