Guys he had high fps because of the low settings the lower the graphic settings the more fps he gets because therefore it doesn’t take that much effort for the graphics card use and the title of thus video says “low settings” so.

Stable 144 or 165 in low settings ( play in performance mode if you Can ) You Can get more than 165 its obvious but lock it at the refresh rate of your screen.

I just got sapphire tri-x 290 4gb for 44 USD. It's my first GPU and idk if it's a good or bad purchase.... I've heard r9 290 can get really hot so is there any way i can make it less. I'm more into apex legends and genshin impact only, maybe games like the Witcher 3, Skyrim, valorant sometimes.

Yes and... Depends of the price Bcz actually the gpu prices are very low so if you can get a gtx 1660ti for the same price or a gtx 1070, if you find the 980 ti for a lot less take it ( don't forget this gpu consume a lot of power XD)

I currently play on a 1050Ti at 900p on Mixed settings: View Distance - Epic Shadows - Medium Textures - Epic (I always use the -NOTEXTURESTREAMING switch, there's not much changes to VRAM usage but I do notice an increase in RAM usage) Effects - Medium Post Processing - Low I get on average 70-75FPS with these settings. I also play on DX11 because DX12 is unstable for some strange reason...but I imagine the RX6600 is better DX12. I'll post my PCPartPicker link here if you want to see the whole build. It'd be nice to see you benchmark with all Epic settings at 1080p, and also another using Mixed settings.
