  My daughter hair is matted to her head. She has curly hair. She’s 11 and brushes her hair herself but didn’t tell me she had a HUGE KNOT like half her head is dreaded. I’m freaking out I don’t know what to do. Please help

  I have had very long ie often waist length hair most of my life and brushing after washing it, sleeping, swimming etc used to be a dreaded painful time-consuming battle with clumps of strands broken off or pulled out. A couple of times in desparation when I could not deal with the knotspots I even had it all shorn into a pixie cut. A few years ago my sister, who also has long hair, discovered a new type of hairbrush for us, the Happy Hair, which due to a simple yet very effective design modification, reduces the whole experience to minutes of effort and some minor tugs and twinges. Love it! It was apparently invented here in Sydney Australia by a single mum, Jen Harewood, who got together with a team of mums to address a common problem. It took a woman!

  Отлично всё продумано - и обеспечение конфедициальности, и возможность показать результат. Вот только смех над клиенткой в начале ролика совершенно неуместен. Это непрофессионально и неэтично! Не знаю, кто это делал, мастер или оператор, но это очень плохой показатель.

  My cousin has really thick 3a hair and when she was in the hospital they wouldn’t brush it bc she was depressed and couldn’t do it herself so instead of helping her they punished her by letting it mat to « teach her what happens when you refuse to brush it » and then when they eventually chopped it all off they told my aunt she’d had a breakdown and had to be cut for « safety ». I wish more people were like you.

  You can tell how much love you have for these people, your hands are so gentle and so careful and so loving, especially at the end when you give them a fresh hair do so they can see just how beautiful they are, and how they are worth your time and the time it takes to save their hair.
