How a shower in bus
Keep in mind people. On Oahu, it is illegal to do this. All public parks have to have permit to camp and there is no overnight parking other times.

Never use the word "bus" always use the word RV, Travel Coach, You have a right to be there, on a public street.... and you are NOT CAMPING, and you can stay in your vehicle overnight.. it is public land.. File an harassment complaint.. that is frightening you and attacking your civil rights.. next time, YOU call the police when people like him don't want you on a public street.. Carry copies of the law.. do not talk to them, just give them copies of the law... You are not trespassing if you walk up to his door and ring the doorbell unless he has a no trespassing sign posted.. no solicitation signs do not count because you are not selling any thing.. if they ask you to leave the property leave... leave a sign on the dash with the time you arrived and the time you will be leaving with your phone number.. activate your cameras in all interactions.. Be courteous at all times, even though they are threatening you and insulting you. GET IT ON TAPE... Watch for signs posting city ordinances... no signs? you are ok. Remember they will lie about what you said to them... And they do not hear anything you say to them... You can not reason with such people.. You hand them a Cease and Desist Order..... This will give you standing if it makes it to a hearing..
Well, I can't afford a used high roof. Budget wise bus is the only affordable option.
Welp, interesting, but I just got off the phone with Geico over the past two days, going over all of what you're talking about. And, the bottom line is, that Geico will not insure a bus converted to an RV because, they have no way to determine the value, unless it is built by a professional company. They also said, that if I did this, that they would not cover any loss in an accident, if they found out I was using it as an RV. Even though it would be certified as an RV.
did you end up getting insurance?

Our bus is the same size and yes y'all look like y'all are doing the best you can at the moment... you have a roof over your head and food in your stomach. I like it! It's functional!! We just started our build.
You have to do spray foam on the entire inside of a bus conversion.
I don’t understand how a bus outside there street makes u unhappy and so mad. You guys were more then nice about it. I would of stayed park there legally as long as I could. Def fight the ticket. Good luck! Hope u don’t meet more misa le humans like those grumpy old farts!

If u have a cb radio u can sit out in the parking lot and ask the truckers to give u a shower card. They can get 1 every time they fill up but most of the time they don’t even get it.

Great! Simple.... I actually going to design a self contained kitchen that can be moved if I choose to want the kitchen in another place in the bus. Even solar system is simple.... a Bluetti AC200MAX. Thanks for your sweet simple design ideas!

We're doing great 👍 we moved into a beautiful cabin in the rockies. Zaynah is working super hard with Luca and Greyson, and I started a gardening channel called 'Humble Growth Hydroponics' living zeal videos just don't fit in our life right now but we always plan to come back to our "first baby" once the timing is right. Thank you so much for caring.
Can use one of the hand held blowtorch tanks to blast the wood for a minute to really get things going. Unvented propane creates allot of moisture and go's through a ton of propane.

Wow, another Thomas Vista bus ;- ) I like your 'rugged' approach, so because mine (livable but incomplete) is on the rugged side too. So here is a question re: service: How accessible is your engine from doghouse (in)side? I've made the discovery that mechanics are not particularly fond of anything that obstructs their access. Have you left enough 'clear' space around it? See you on/off the road ;- )

I feel like you would have made a better choice buying a box truck. My purpose for a step van is for direct access to the cab. Seeing your bed blocking the door drove me nuts lol. Not to mention the cable management. I couldn’t live in that thing.
