  Great review! How do you experience the combination of your mach 6 and the skyflow? I currently use my mach 6 for all my runs, but I would love to have a second shoe to use for my easy and longer runs. Do you think the skyflow would be a good option for this?

  @@Marsbar2024 You've got a much higher stack height plus the forked carbon plate in the Skyward X. The Skyward X is a shoe suitable for those lovely long runs when you are looking for absolute cushioning and comfort. They are heavier than the Skyflow, but the foam is super squishy. The carbon plate means that it's not a 'soggy' shoe. Both shoes would definitely be in my rotation!

  @sportlinktv thanks for the reply! Just getting back in to running after a 2 year absence. Would I be correct in thinking the Skyflow would be better suited for the shorter runs and wait with the X until able to run 10 mile+?

  I normally take a size 6 in my ordinary shoes, but take size 6.5 in all my running shoes. These were no different, plus I wear them with toe socks!

  @@londoncalling45 they arrived yesterday and took them out for 7 miles, loved them, so bouncy! The upper was pretty snug on my foot though (think I have slightly wider feet) but I’m sure it will stretch haha

  Parkrun used to be for everyone, now the harder you try the more you are shunned. It's not just the record times (handy for judging which one to attend) but the sub 20 women list and the sub 17 men lists were aspirational; no longer.

  Done 30 miles in my xodus ultra 3 varied terrain even a beach beat the tide run with 1inch sea slop I feel the 3 is firmer than the 1+2 but has a more stable heel and better rocker with the 2 I felt they got better comfort over time the 3 don’t feel a grippy and hold water allot more than the 1 but over time I think the 3 will bed in more and be better for the 50-100k races than the 1+2 because of its more rocker nature a stable ride and robust toe protection
