    I have been to Algeria, must say it was one one of the worst places i have been to and i have been to 108 countries, I really at one point i was being kidnapped. Visa was easy for me as my company had an office in Algiers and they sorted me a visa on a Canadian passport. Flew there via Air Algiere and it was a ok flight, only 1 hr from Tunis but really not worth it unless you want a real adventure and to tick a country off the map

    I mean, the flight ticket in economy for one way is only 400-600TND. So for the money you are getting decent food, nice economy class seats that aren't cramped, and in-flight entertainment which is usually seen on more expensive airlines. So for the value of money it's 4 stars, in my opinion.

  • @nycflyertravel
    @nycflyertravel3 күн бұрын

    I tracked the price of this flight for about two years and I never saw it for close to 400-600 TND. The cheapest I can find a one way flight for right now is 578 USD. While the seats weren’t cramped they were dirty and falling apart. The toilets were held together with duct tape and they ran out of toilet paper mid flight. As far as IFE goes, Norse Atlantic has one way flights from New York to London for under $150 and they have IFE.

  • @mohamed-tt2nr
    @mohamed-tt2nr2 күн бұрын

    @@nycflyertravel I dont understand what you expect the price to be, the price is about 1800TND for a 9h flight, when I say tickets are about (400TND one-way/ 700-800 round trip). I meant shorter flight such as 3h flights from Tunis-Istanbul for example, and you have also mentioned that there are issues with the seat reclining but there is very nice and helpful crew to assist. When your talking about a dirty cabin I am a frequent flyer with Tunisair and that isn't very dirty, minor stains or debree isnt much of a big issue. And us Tunisians do not accpreciate content creators like you shaming our country's largest airline, that is what you get for the price. Not to mention, there are flights as low as 300TND all the way to Europe with decent food, leg space, and in-flight entertainment system, this is just being overdramatic.

    @@mohamed-tt2nr this video only concerns Tunisair’s A330 service to Canada. You should watch the video I made about flying with them to London where I was very complimentary about Tunisair. This review is very honest.

    I’m a frequent flier on Emirates and enjoy their first class service. During the pandemic several companies including Emirates were cost cutting for sustainability long term. However- my loyalty is primarily with Singapore Airlines and Qatar, the most consistently impressive in almost every way. But Emirates is excellent with their dinner and breakfast service. The wine list is also very impressive.

    I flew recently on a United ex-Continental 757-200 from LA to Newark. It had new seats and entertainment systems installed in 2021. The seat design was pretty good for 5 hours flying time. Was actually more comfortable than the economy seats on the UA 787-10. Generally a comfortable cruiser.

    This was my parents plane on February 29th 2024 they found N29129 much better than the returning B737-924. However it ended up breaking down on April 28th 2024 due to a mechanical issue when it did UA2321 EWR-LAX after flying in from Ireland that day. For that flight they ended up replacing N29129 with the California special livery on April 28th 2024.

    This video came up recently on my suggestions as I traveled to London from Newark a few weeks ago. I can start by saying it's all about perspective., We all know Polaris seats are based on average size people, not 5'11" or 6'5" heights so yeah the will feel kinda tight. Regarding my dinner and breakfast ours was probably the best tasting chicken dishes we've had ever and our breakfast was excellent, zero complaints there and like I said before it's about perspective as not all flights are the same even from the same carrier. The only thing I can say about it is that Polaris is beginning to show it's age. My next trip is to Berlin and I will most likely be flying the 747-8 Lufthansa which is something to look forward to. FYI.....Nice video.
