Good idea to look at lyrics later, cause great music has its own heart and soul. Of course, lyrics enhances the song, but only the vocals have influence on the music itself. IMHO. Po.

You ask yourself, "How does Band-Maid come up with so many incredible riffs. The answer, "Kanami Tono is a freakin' genius!" This song,"YOLO" was composed long before Band-Maid was formed. She kept it "in her pocket" until the band was allowed to write and record their own music by their management company. Once that happened, this banger came out. A bit of news" PRS Guitars recently released a statement that Kanami was given her own custom made guitar with her additions from her suggestions and input. They are not available for sale (yet). If they were, they would run between 10K or 14K apiece.

I bought mine 2 yrs ago; there are even large sizes-I got a 3XL. They're very well made. Ryan,one day, was reacting to a Band Maid song when he just blurted this statement out,talking to himself. He then did the artwork for the shirt and created the shirt. "Choose Me" -- a song featured in the Netflix original movie "KATE" and the HBO Max series Peacemaker as BAND MAID, has so many great RnR chops, it's kinda unbelievable. From Saiki's old-school phrasing, cadence and a super soulful vocal at the end; MISA's driving bass, her special riff after Kanami's brilliant, rocking main solo (complete with harmonic pinch), and her pulls at the end of the song that really funks it up with Akane's drumming; to Kanami's original composition, off-beat octave stretches during the verses, and her addition of a second uncomplicated yet super tasty solo; to Akane's unique snare & tom flurry that launches the choruses; and to Miku's octave-down, in & out vocal backup and lyrics... all makes "Choose Me" a throwback rocker that surprised me when I first heard it - and I'll bet most anyone - that they would come up with this western-style, rock 'n roll classic. Of course, after years later, it's not surprising at all coming from this important band of geniuses who are, along with The Warning band, almost single-handedly bringing back the joy of rock. 自分はどれも同じに聞こえる近年の音楽に関心が持てない時間が続いていたのでBAND-MAIDの存在に気付いたのは最近になってからです。 もし、もっと早くBAND-MAIDを知る事ができていたらと思ってしまいます。 何故ならば、BAND-MAIDの音楽は「純粋な楽しさ」で溢れていて、自分に音楽を楽しむ事を思い出させてくれたバンドだからです。 様々なジャンルを自由に曲に反映させる本当の意味の「多様性」様々なアイディアを投入し常に曲を新鮮な状態に保って決して飽きさせない「創造性」メンバー全てが輝いている「技術力」メンバーがエゴを持たず全てを曲に捧げる「協調性」など、BAND-MAIDは色んな才能を持っています。 ここまでメンバー全てを等しく素晴らしいと思えるバンドはなかなか出現しませんし、彼女達がこのバンドに集ってくれた事を感謝しています。

"Choose Me" -- a song featured in the Netflix original movie "KATE" and the HBO Max series Peacemaker as BAND MAID, has so many great RnR chops, it's kinda unbelievable. From Saiki's old-school phrasing, cadence and a super soulful vocal at the end; MISA's driving bass, her special riff after Kanami's brilliant, rocking main solo (complete with harmonic pinch), and her pulls at the end of the song that really funks it up with Akane's drumming; to Kanami's original composition, off-beat octave stretches during the verses, and her addition of a second uncomplicated yet super tasty solo; to Akane's unique snare & tom flurry that launches the choruses; and to Miku's octave-down, in & out vocal backup and lyrics... all makes "Choose Me" a throwback rocker that surprised me when I first heard it - and I'll bet most anyone - that they would come up with this western-style, rock 'n roll classic. Of course, after years later, it's not surprising at all coming from this important band of geniuses who are, along with The Warning band, almost single-handedly bringing back the joy of rock.
