You know that's poached, right? Not Sunnyside Up.
Why you took and put a meat tenderizer on that beautiful cucumber when all you had to do was cut it up or peel it and cut it up in small chunks would’ve looked better
delicious❤
We love Turkish bread ❤ thanks for sharing this interesting recipe ❤
I'm lazy so I rarely make poached eggs by themselves, but I do regulary make them when I cook some spicy instant noodles because it's so easy with them. Just cook the water until it boils (can add salt, don't need to). Add noodles, then cook them for about a minute or 2. Then dump in 1 or 2 eggs straight from their shells and cook for 3 or so more minutes. At the end just catch the eggs + noodles in a sieve or drain the water and what you're left with is perfectly poached eggs. For some reason the noodles do a good job in minimizing the ugly parts. I dunno why it works like that, but it just does. Also can fry chopped meat and/or some chopped veggies on the side quickly and at the end throw it all together. Then top it off with cheese (even better if you have a burrata) and you have yourself a delicious meal that takes 10-15 minutes in total (including cutting time).

Eggs are gross in the microwave. Just use a skillet.
I tried this yesterday and it didn’t work but I didn’t let it sit as long. Will try again today. Hopefully it works!
