Welcome back to Ashley's Cooking & Living. Today, We're making Pepper Steak Stir Fry! Not only easy to make but also guarantees tender and juicy steak in every bite.
Ingredients:
For the Marinade:
1 pound (450g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced into strips
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon cook wine
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
For the Stir Fry:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional for color)
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional for color)
Instructions:
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish (optional)
