Learning from these godly young men gives me hope in the younger generation when so many seem to be walking away from any form of faith.

I stumbled upon these podcasts … I am an older Catholic, so these guys look really really young to me but I recognize that they are speaking from the heart and sharing the truths as they know it….so now I don’t think I stumbled on these podcasts…,now I think mother Mary lead me here…. One more step closer to Jesus.

If I'm praying and then think about something I need to buy or some current issue in my life, I don't see it as a distraction. Rather, I see it as God friendly reminding me about what I need to buy or suggesting an issue I need to pray about in the two-way conversation.

ST. TERESA BENEDICTA OF THE CROSS (EDITH STEIN): “It has always been far from me to think that God’s mercy allows itself to be circumscribed (limited) by the visible Church’s boundaries. God is Truth. All who seek truth seek God, whether this is clear to them or not.”

ST. TERESA BENEDICTA OF THE CROSS (EDITH STEIN): ‘The concept which assumes that everything in the Church is irrevocably set for all times appears to me to be a false one. It would be naive to disregard that the Church has a history; the Church is a human institution and, like all things human, was destined to change and evolve. Likewise, its development takes place often in the form of struggles.’

One of the fruits of mental pray can be inner joy based on the communion with God and the supernatural.

With prayer we must just start and allow the process especially when praying the little office of the b.v.m or rosary to allow the hole scriptures to become intune with God so our hearts can be in communion.

For me, the most effective form of prayer begins with an open heart. The heart open to give if ourself honestly and intimately to God and to be open to receive Gods graces. 🙏

Thank you so much for this talk. I have this question, I have heard the advice; for example when praying the Rosary, to stop and pause with God. which I never understood till today. but I still have this question. If one sets to meditate on the 20 mysteries of the Rosary, what then happens to the rest of the meditation I would like to offer God? do I wait and do it later? I Thank you for all you do. I really like Carmelite spirituality and you guys have been a lot of help in understanding and putting it into my life

Oh I so do agree. I am 67 years old. I felt called to be a nun when I was 12 yo. I thought I was imagining things & thinking I was more than what I was. I thought if my experience’s. And I realized I was Not imagining my feelings & thoughts. I was actually being called to Love The Divine Trinity even more. You called that being called to a Deeper Faith. Thank you. This video was very helpful.

Very true. You Just want to stay there with God forever. It’s literally heaven. I remember asking Him can I stay here with you? Of course He says, open your eyes hahah. Just when you can live there He sends you out again. Until next time. Saying I’ll be waiting my darling. It’s such a gift. You can just rest there. It may be exciting and you’ll want to talk to everyone about it in the beginning but after years and years you just keep it to yourself. It’s you and God and loving each other. Smiling like a fool in love to anyone who sees you. But nothing matters except smiling to Him in His forever. In his laughter. My Love I’m so happy to see and be with. To me God opened my heart after practicing just giving love in my mind to everyone I meet. Just the constant love giving was His opening to come in. To teach me because He’s my only teacher. So patient and sweet. My only Love of my life. It’s like my secret. That’s why I gravitate toward anyone speaking of contemplation. It’s so fun to know there’s others out there experiencing the same. Brothers and sisters in faith and love. Wish I could hug you all. Thank you for your conversation.

For me, before i got into praying holy rosary everyday, i think we need sacrament of confession, go to mass as often as we can and receive the eucharist, i think we must be in state of grace, so that we can medidtate the holy rosary...

I am sure I am watching this because HolySpirit lead me to this ,I am a mother ,but lives a contemplative life in the middle of this noisy ,busy world .Bit sometimes I have some conflicts going on with the mental prayer verses Contemplative prayer for it is hard me to do any vocal and mental prayer anymore for long years This gave lots of confirmation on the inner /Silent /Contemplative prayer Please keep us in your valuable prayers

Yesterday in the adoration chapel, I encountered a woman who was there another time. I find it annoying that she whispers loud enough that it intrudes on my own thoughts and prayers. I thought about writing a brief polite note asking her to pray internally, then I thought of the parish office to complain. Something kept me from doing it yesterday, same as the previous time. If this is what she needs I should not take it away from her.🙏🏾. You both just confirmed that. Thank you.
