Nice excercises, but what is the theory behind them? maybe it's little-know approach cuz no one explains it. A lot of flexion is it safe with spine problems?

Brian Cox was the science advisor on Danny Boyle's space movie Sunshine. He taught Cillian and took Cill to CERN to spend time with a team of physicists. Cill stole Brian's hand movements and "look" for his character Capa. Great movie!!

They shot the movie on film, that's why it looks so authentic like '60s, and 70s movies. It does not have a boring HD digital look.

I’m sorry went to watch it. I would call this a ‘TV Movie’ . Films like this don’t give a Cinematic experience. I was waiting for it to warm up but it then it just ended. I might sound cynical but a trip to the movies is becoming increasingly frustrating as everything is over rated and lacking substance.
